The Showdown

"I don't believe this" MG said in denial.

"I saw it with my own eyes Kaleb is Goblin and he killed my aunt" Spiderwoman stated then turned to Maya "I'm sorry"

"For what?" Maya asked.

"I had him but I hesitated-"

"Hope that's not your fault. He was your friend it's only right you hesitated" Maya tried to reassure her but it wasn't working.

"What are we going to do about him?" Clarke asked.

"We stop him" Hope point out the obvious.

"How?" MG asked "Are you prepared to go up against your friend?"

"My friend or do you mean your friend" Hope stated.

"Hope-" Josie was cut off.

"No he killed my aunt and put Maggie in a coma!" Hope shouts then her phone starts to ring. She looked at the caller and sighed "I have to take this" she left to the corner picking up the phone.

"Hope, where have you been we were trying to reach you?" Her Aunt Freya asked "I was worried sick and Josie didn't give me much detail"

"I've been busy" 

"Busy Hope you missed the funeral!"

"Like I said I have been busy!"

Freya sighed. She had been worried and thought something happened to Hope when she didn't come for the funeral. The only thing she heard from Hope is for Rebekah's body to be buried where she was which she did, but after that it was radio silent. Freya knew how hard life was being at Hope and she just wanted to provide her with comfort.

Hope what been going on?" Freya asked.

"Nothing"

"So you've been busy doing nothing?"

"Aunt Freya what do you want?" Hope dismissed the question.

"Hope the family thinks you should with us for a while"

Hope scoffed.

"Fuck no"

"Hope!"

"I am not running away from this the person who hurt aunty bex is going to pay"

"Hope what do you mean by that?" Freya asked worried for her.

"I have this under control, goodbye" Hope hanged up and went to the others.

"By making him pay you mean prison right?" MG asked.

"What do you think I mean?" Hope dodge the question.

"Two right don't make a wrong" Clarke told her and Hope scoffed.

"Where the hell is Ethan?" Hope asked trying to divert the question.

"He's still with Maggie I was going to head out soon" Maya said.

"Call him back we need to regroup and find a way to end this" Hope told them "My aunt told me what you guys did looking after me so thank you. MG I need you to figure out when in all they all are if you find anything text me"

Hope left them to go take a fresh air and to think of ways to stop what going to happen. She kept on thinking about what Mr. Hawkins told her and it was true. She hated Kaleb she wanted him to die to feel the same pain that she felt. She wanted him to pay, so bad that it was suffocating. 

Josie saw Hope looking at the stars and went to meet her. She hugged Hope from behind and then went beside her. Josie held her hands looking at the stares with her. Hope glanced at Josie and her hand before squeezing it going back to the stares.
