"'Bella are you sure that you're okay ?"

Taehyung looked at her as they both stood outside their property, watching the car drive away from the mansion.

That day, Myungshi had finally moved out.

Arabella had told him countless times to just go away without worries, but deep down, she felt empty.

Her baby, her first-born was gone and though he was twenty-four already, she wasn't prepared, even if she knew it was bound to happen.

It made him realize how fast her children were growing up.

Myungshi was twenty-four, Dabin was sixteen, Kwangsun was twenty-one, Hwan was eleven, Yejun was seven and the twins were six.

"I'm fine little shit.. Where's Kwang ?" She asked, turning around to walk back inside.

"He woke up solely to say goodbye, so he's probably back in bed." Taehyung shrugged, watching the twins run back inside the mansion.

She sighed, stretching her neck, feeling extremely tense.

These past few days have been eventful, between Myungshi's moving, some problems with the business and Arabella slowly walking into menopause while Dabin was going through puberty, the house was chaotic.

"Noona~"

"Jungkook for fuck's sake !" Arabella shouted, finding him just standing in their living room.

She had forgotten that he slept over since he helped Myungshi pack until late last night, so seeing him standing there at nine in the morning was extremely confusing.

"It's always a pleasure being insulted every time we cross paths." He said with a smile, peacefully sitting in the living room.

"What are you doing here though ?.. You're literally just.. Sitting there.. Suspiciously." Taehyung spoke.

It's true that Jungkook was simply sitting on the couch, not doing anything, no TV on and no phone in his hand.

"Dabin insisted to make me breakfast, so I'm just waiting." He replied, shrugging.

"Stop taking advantage of my daughter's delusional crush Jungkook." Taehyung replied, sighing.

"She'll grow out of it eventually." The younger man reassured him.

"She's sixteen Jungkook, she's been in love with you since the day she was born, so you better watch what you're doing and set boundaries.. I'd be very disappointed if my daughter ended up with a dude thrice her age who was literally here since her birth." Arabella spoke, glaring at him.

"I won't do anything inappropriate to your daughter, don't worry.. Plus she's sixteen, it's gross."

Arabella didn't say anything, simply going to the kitchen where Dabin was.

It's not that she didn't trust Jungkook, but the guy was forty-four and still acted the same way than when they first met, twenty-three years ago.

He wasn't the most mature man in the room and from all the time she knew him, he only had flings, never anything serious.

She was worried that this youthful side of him would find her daughter attractive when she'll past the eighteen years of age.

She didn't know what she would do, honestly.
