"Why is everyone acting like he's a superstar ?"

Myunghee shrugged, observing the scene in the living room.

Myungshi was quite literally swarmed by his siblings, except Dabin who was fighting a smile as she stared at her phone and Hwan who was next to her, fighting sleepiness after pulling a forbidden all-nighter.

Kwangsun and Myunghee sat next to each other, gossiping.

"Why is Dabin smiling at her phone like that ?" She asked, intrigued.

"She has a boyfriend." Kwangsun explained, sipping a bit of his drink.

"Damn I thought I'd be first to know.."

"Really, really cute guy though I had to admit, I'd be giddy over a text too." Kwangsun said, slightly snickering.

"Do you have a picture ?" Myunghee asked, invested.

"I sure do.."

Over their teenage years, Kwangsun and Myunghee grew closer as she helped him out more than once, whether it was to socialize, with girls or being the responsible driver when the brothers drank too much at a party.

Kwangsun would go as far as saying she might be his best friend.

"Oh holy shit.. Okay, okay he's really cute, I expected her to have taste but damn.. Does he go to her school though ?" She asked, scrolling through the pictures.

"Nope, he's in a public school I think."

"Who else knows ?" Myunghee asked, furrowing her brows.

"Hyung, Mama and Papa.. Hyung and Papa are trying to break it off but-"

"What are you two gossiping about ? I want to be apart of it."

The two gossip girls turned their heads to Jungkook, wondering what he was doing here.

"Mama why is he here ? It's a family hangout." Kwangsun asked.

"Yeah, uncle Yoongi's more legit than him." Hwan added.

"Ouch, that really hurts.. Binnie wants me here though." Jungkook defended himself.

To his surprise, she scoffed, not lifting her head from her phone at all as she answered a message.

"Says who ?"

There was a silence in the room out of pure shock.

Dabin had never been this 'mean' to Jungkook.

She always used her softest voice and the nicest tone for him, but now, she spoke to him like she spoke to any other person.

Jungkook felt threatened, because he was losing his place as someone's favorite uncle.

"Binnie come on don't do this to me.." He said, a betrayed look on his face.

"Do what ? Go out and find a girlfriend your age or something." She answered with a shrug.

A snort from Arabella broke the silence that followed what Dabin said, the head of the household slowly breaking into laugher.

But Taehyung didn't want to laugh, he was worried.

She was really getting rid of Jungkook.

"Do you think we're allowed to laugh ?" Myunghee whispered to Kwangsun.
