All five of them were so surprised how massive this place was, like in fact. This area was more likely to look like a grand town rather than a dormitory place, because of how many novels are basically just roaming around having walks, teas and having their personal servants escort them.
Velvet told them that the Earl made sure to make this area as grand as possible, since many higher ranking nobles along with some royal bloodline will be staying from their far land travel, as it was no surprise for Zak and George considering it's already obvious.
Then after Velvet talked about the outside place, he managed to get the keys for their room which actually surprised them that they each got a room and thought they would share only one.
Velvet laughs at them as he explained that there's no such thing as sharing rooms for nobles, because of their personal privacy, and the fact the Earl clearly stated he hates people so they have to be on seperate rooms, which was understandable. After Velvet gave them each of their keys, he then showed them their individual rooms.
