Anton - ugh... my back hurt so much... I didn't realize I had fallen asleep... Good thing there's no griffin or else i'll really be dead

Anton has just gone back from visiting Davis at the gravesite, he got worried when he realize the wind was getting cold and check his pocket watch seeing it was 4 am, a troublesome time to go back home because his son Darryl already mentioned if he caught him sneaking out by midnight he would kick him out.

So when he said his goodbye to Davis he hurried home, with his back in so much pain, but as he returned while complaining about his time of arrival, he suddenly saw his son walking in the hallway which made him spook a little but just act casual.

Anton - why aren't you asleep yet Darryl-

Before Anton could say anything, Darryl quickly threw a dagger close to his cheek making it bleed a little, because of that sudden shock. Anton's expression was horrified as he backed away in fear and slipped to the floor where he sat and started gasping.

Anton - w..what the hell Darryl! Are you really trying to kill me this time!!!

Darryl - tsk..

Anton - s..sure I was late ho..home but.. I had a..a good excu-

Anton pov - fuck i don't have an exuse to survive this-

Darryl - Why.. *tears falls down* just why did you lie to me all these years...

Anton didn't hear much what Darryl said and was scared to ask to repeat it, but as Darryl kept mumbling. He saw his son start to cry which he hadn't seen in a long time, so it got him worried and quickly got up to check on Darryl, but all Darryl did was push him away and kept yelling while shedding so much tears.

Anton was obviously confused about what was going on but as Darryl was yelling, some words slipped up his mouth.

Darryl - YOU ARE A LIER AND I HATE YOU FOR MAMA! *shock & covers mouth*

Anton - *widen eyes* w..what did you just say-

Darryl just ran away quickly and tried to forget what he just did, but Anton, who heard that very clearly, just stood still and also shed tears. As those words he would have never thought he would hear in a very long time.

Anton - I.. I probably just misheard that...

Darryl runs back to his room as he slams the door, making Zak suddenly awake by the loud bang. Darryl was lost in his thoughts while Zak was panicking how the hell he got here, but as he looked into his right. He saw Darryl in a panic which made Zak rush over to him and try to calm him down.

Darryl couldn't think straight on why he suddenly said those words when he clearly despised Anton, Zak just helped Darryl go to his bed and let him sit down where Ranboo went inside and got worried when he heard the guards tell him about the Earl having trouble.

Zak just explains to the butler that he doesn't know either but asks him if he could give Darryl any drink to calm him down. Ranboo nosed but asked Zak not to freak out, which he obviously got the message and nodes.
