All the guests have finally arrived at the Manor where each and everyone are chatting with one another, to fill up any gossip. Which of course they will get what they want later on.

Because as the main door opened at the ballroom, their eyes suddenly looked in front, seeing no other than the Earl who was carrying his daughter. Yet that was not why they were staring.

They are staring because they see an unfamiliar man wearing orange as his hand was wrapped against the Earl's arm while the three have matching clothing, resembling as a couple and a family.

A lot of whispering was heard across the room to who, what or when did the Earl fancy someone. At the edge of the corner, is Selena holding a champagne glass where her hands grips it hard from the sight she is seeing.

The amount of gossip and eyes wandering around her as it feels like the people were mocking her, to the point she felt anxious with a sight of betrayal.

Selena - h..how could you Zak... I.. I thought we were friends... *tear up*

Punz pov - Selena...

Punz - Selena I think it's best if we go-

Selena - No! I am here not to enjoy the party but to meet someone!

Punz pov - not surprised... This is where the history book said that Selena will be manipulated by the Earl's uncle

Selena puts the champagne glass back at the butler's tray and storms off, leaving Punz all worried. But he doesn't need to be concerned now since this night is where the goddess and god will make an appearance and will show Darryl his fate.

Everyone went to greet the Earl and wished a happy birthday to Lady Inko, Inko who didn't like many people just like her papa, but she just gave them all a fake smile since she is the daughter of the Earl and appearance is what matters in the noble life.

Zak got uncomfortable from the crowd as everyone kept staring at him, but someone from behind snatched his arm away and brought him to a table which he rejoiced seeing his best friend who he finally got to see after 3 days.

Karl - Yeah, like when i was at Nick's mansion all of the maids keep gossiping about your relationship
