When George heard that from the Earl, he tilted his head in confusion, but as soon as he saw the gentle smile Darryl gave him. He now knew what he meant when he removed his head from the Earl's grip and looked pissed.

Darryl has a sassy smile and knew George would react that way, so he just looked back at Clay and Punz just to tell them to hurry up, since the guards and school hours will be early.

The two nodes but George just argue back at the Earl making him lose his patience, so Darryl explains to George what he meant by earlier.

Darryl - you really have no idea what Clay's going through... Didn't the school already tell you, before you judge others, think about what their life really is?

George - I already know his life! His the crown-

Darryl - you asshole... *sigh* Clay has indeed the title as crown prince, but there are only a few limits he can and cannot do. Aren't you studying political laws and courtship? Clay is still a young man, not an emperor, And even if he is the emperor... George was speechless after what he just heard, mostly he was so shocked and confuse what the Earl meant by that, but he doesn't want to asked anymore question since he might get killed for real this time, So after that little talk, Darryl gave him an option, which he asked the Earl politely what it is.

The Earl told George that he has two options to choose from, one.. He either comes with them to finish this mission, and in return he will tell the truth, about the plan, the empire's reign, his role/purpose, and about his father's past.
