"WELL?!" Tigris snarled, stomping one of her paws.

"What is that?!" Shadow asked looking confused and almost if not just as hostile as she did.

"This," Luna started as she walked up to Tigris, stroking along her nose up between her eyes to calm her down. "Is Tigris, she is Clovers, well... Clovers bonded. It's hard to explain but she can lead us to Clover."

"And, how can she do that?" Shadow started to relax.

"With my nose and heart Stripes." The tiger snarled indignantly, her chest puffing up with pride. "You will address as Tigris, and no I wont eat you. I'll just help you find and rescue Clover."

"We don't have time to argue!" Vector warned before Shadow could snap back an insult to the tiger. "Tigris, where were you?"

"I was off hunting for myself, there are more deer further away from the settlements." She started sniffing around. "This blood is not all hers. Most of it belongs to a wolf mobian. He had medicine all over him."

"She must mean the antiseptic." Espio looked around the clearing.

"Only the bit over there is hers." She motioned with her tail. "The medicine smell did go south, but Clovers scent goes elsewhere. It goes north."

"I knew it! That's the way we'll go." Luna looked to the others.

"Well... If your sure Tigris, I guess we should get goin." Vector went over to the bike.

"how will the... cat, follow us?" He looked over her skeptically.

"I can run just as fast as you can skate. And just as fast as your bike." She humphed, her nose tilting in the air.

"Right, lets just go." Luna started to head for the bike, but Tigris blocked her with her tail. "Huh? What is it Tigger?" The tiger lowered her head, leaning down.

"You may ride on my back. I need to speak with you while we run." Luna was taken aback, Tigris never let anyone but Clover on her back, before Tigris had carried Luna by the scruff of her neck like a kitten.

"I... alright, thank you Tigris." She climbed on, the fur underneath was warm, she sank a bit in it, but it was fuzzy and made her feel relaxed. "Alright, lets go!"

"Lets ride!" Vector was about to hop on the driver seat till Shadow held his gun under his chin, making him jump back. "GAH!"

"You don't get to touch the bike seat. You don't get to ride, in the seat. You do not, get to drive in that seat. Okay? Gator?"

"Right, right right gotchya."

"I'm starting to like him." Tigris hissed a chuckle as Luna snickered.

"Now that we have the seating sorted," Shadow sat on his bike. "Lets ride."

They took off, Tigris leading the way moving faster then Luna expected, easily keeping pace with the vehicle and the striped hedgehog. As they traveled Tigris seemed to be guiding them to easier terrain, at some points clearing the trees and rocks out of the way. Luna watched, assisting a little, but at Tigris direction she didn't use to much of her own energy. This side of Tigris was rare, but it meant under the cute cat surface, and under the savage blood thirsty lair was an ancient mind at work, and she always knew more then she lead on. She hugged the back of her head, gently rubbing behind one ear comfortingly.

"I know we'll find her. You don't have to use all your energy." Luna assured her.

"I'm not. I have as mush energy stored as I can for this kind of occasion. You need to save yours."
