I barely slept last night. Winston calling us to bring Overwatch back was a calling that would haunt me for the entire night. I wanted Overwatch to return, but how? And would anyone come? How will dad react to this?

And most importantly, how do I tell Katlyn? She didn't know I was a part of Overwatch, and even though she supported it, my involvement in the Overwatch mess and the Petras act might put her in danger. Eventually, I was able to ignore my thoughts and go to sleep. But this did nothing as my head was filled with dreams of reuniting with my friends.

A loud knocking on my door woke me. I got up, looked at my clock, and saw it was noon. I sluggishly got up and walked to the door, opening it to reveal my father, dressed in his usual outfit and seeming to be disappointed.

"Otokonoko! Kaiten kara 3-jikan ijō keika. Sā, shigoto ni torikakarimashou." Dad shouted, more disappointed than angry.

I quickly got dressed and chased after my dad, attempting to tell him what had happened.

"Otōsan, kii te yo, tsutaenakya ikenai koto ga aru nda," I explained, but Dad cut me off.

"Son'na toki wa nai yo, musuko yo, kokyaku ni sābisu o teikyō suruhitsuyōgāru," Dad told me as we walked down to the kitchen.

I noticed that dad was kind enough to organize the food display. A long line of customers was waiting behind the front desk. I decided to ignore what I needed to tell dad and serve the customers. After a solid 30 minutes of working, all the customers have been served. As the line began to shorten, I turned to Dad.

"Ok Dad, now will you listen to me?" I asked.

Dad sighed and turned around to listen, but we overheard a couple of people talking.

"Oi, you here about what happened to Tekhartha Mondatta? Got his bloody head shot at King's Row. They found an EX-Overwatch Agent knocked out. She said an assassin did it," One said.

"Poor fellow, only wanted to make things right," the other said.

This brought a sudden shock to my dad and me. Tekhartha was one of my dad's biggest heroes, and a beacon for Omnics and humans alike. He and his fellow monks strived to put the world at peace, and now... he's dead.

"Excuse me, I need a moment," My dad shuddered.

He took off his apron and walked into the kitchen, his back sulking. I froze as the people at the front desk constantly asked me to give them their drinks.

"Hey! I've been sitting here for 15 minutes now! Where's my drink?!" A man shouted.

I remained silent. My brain was still trying to figure out what to do.

"Hey, bud! I'm talking to you! Give me my drink!" the man asked again.

An Omnic walked over to him.

"Calm down, he needs a moment," He said calmly.

"Get off me you piece of junk!" the man shouted, pushing the Omnic back and knocking him to the floor.

That got my attention. I turned to the man quickly breathing heavily.

"Oi! Do you have a problem? Give, me, my, fucking, drink-"

I grabbed the man's collar and pulled him to the desk, knocking several things over and getting everyone's attention.

"My problem? You in my shop," I replied. The man shuddered as I pushed him back. He quickly ran out of the store, leaving the area within seconds. I then looked at everyone in my shop.

"Store's closed, everybody leaves now," I said.

Everyone groaned and chattered in confusion as the store began to clear. I then walked into the kitchen, where Dad was sitting in front of the sink, his shoulders sulking down in a sorrowful expression.
