Heyyyy it's number twelve

Haven't found a lot of update-worthy things lately... (AND I've been busy... lame excuse but true on so many levels)

But now I have a few :)

Okay for ONE thing... most of the time, if a girl's cold in a fanfic, then the guy offers her his jacket (which is very cliché on its own, but moving on) she's all:

"But then you'll be cold," Nyan murmured, huddling into a ball because she's just freezing cold.

LIKE GIRL YOU CAN USE HIS JACKET IF YOU ARE FREEZING OKAY?!

*Ahem* ...sorry.

Just saw that in a story for like the BAJILLIONTH TIME lol.

Anyways, I've also noticed those REALLY OBVIOUS titles.

Like, the story's about people that just can't be in love with each other because reasons like blah, blah, blah, and blah, but you don't find this out until like chapter twelve...

And then the title of the story is something like:

"I Can't Be In Love With Nyan But I'm Going to Kiss Her Anyway"

Not that I've seen one title like that EXACTLY, but let's just say it's pretty dang close.

Or when the chapter title GIVES AWAY what happens, like:

"Nyan Finds Out That She Has a Twin Living in Canada!"

Okay so they're not THAT random, but I'm in a random mood okay? xD

...Other times they try to be original with their chapter or story titles, and it just winds up something weird like:

"Lilacs in the Moonlight"

...I can see this if the chapter/story involves lilacs and/or moonlight but...

otherwise, whyyyyyy??

(I have a PRIME example of my own: "The Lavender Rose", which has NOTHING to do with lavender roses... and is just a terrible metaphor for a terrible story because I wrote it when I was like ten or eleven, sooooo yeah don't even go there lol)

Anyways, that's all I've got for today :)
