I know I JUST said that I'd update in a week, but... this just dawned on me and I HAD to update you with this chapter.

Ok, SERIOUSLY.
I see this SO much in stories.
Okay, so I have a few examples of what I'm talking about here.
For one thing... Say in the story, a guy is torn between two girls he really likes (such as many people used to write in the iCarly fandom when all that Seddie/Creddie fanwar crap was going on)
Well, this scenario can go a few ways:
A) one is a manipulative jerk and the other is sweet, so he picks the sweet one but the jerk realizes she loves him
B) one is a manipulative jerk and the other is sweet, so he picks the jerk but the sweet one realizes she loves him
C) both girls are totally fine personality-wise, but they just CATFIGHT over the dude. Like... ALL the time! EVEN if there is no reason for them to hate each other, they just HAVE to have that guy, and LOSE IT.
or D) in which the story is dragged out FOREVER and EVER until one of the girls admits that they like him. Then sometimes (SOOO conveniently too btw), the other chick says that she never even HAD an interest in him.
Well then.
HAPPY EVER AFTER I GUESS!
xD But seriously, love triangle stories CAN be cool or interesting... when done right.
But... most of the time people just exaggerate too much.
For instance, when two people are dating but someone wants to get in between them...
Now, this character can be a girl OR guy (believe me I've read both before).
And... they're just depicted as the most evil woman or man in the story.
Like, their LIFE GOAL is to destroy these two's relationship.
Just because they like someone in the couple.
Like... dude.
Dramatic much?
