I was going to have a look on the college notice board and there is my name on the "top 10 young scientists".
My name is Nakamura and I really like maths and science. Invention is my dream not for fame but for my satisfaction.
"Hey! Nakam bro", here comes my best friend, Haruki Kaneko. 'Nakam' is the silliest nickname one can keep but nothing can be done when a best friend uses it (else I'll be smashed). "What happened? And can you just call me Nakamura it would be better",I say. He laughs, "Thats what I like, you get irritated when I call you by the name Nakum". "By the way congrats for your top 10 position and at the same time all the best for the upcoming second round", he continues. "Thanks brother", I reply.
I leave from there and its 3:30pm and I want to get back home as soon as possible to work on my upcoming second round "young scientists". I had gotten a lot of ideas but none of them were interesting for me to work on. I was tired of thinking about the boring ideas. I switched on my mobile and I got news in my notification which said "Time Travel?: In 1880, The man who came from future as a saviour". I went on to read the news and it was all about a young man who is believed to come from future. The main reason why he is recognized in the news is because he helped the people of Japan during the volcanic eruption of mount bandai and also helped the people in the times of difficulties with the help of modern tools. "What nonsense" I feel unrealistic. But at the same time I got a weird feeling of connection towards the news "Oh, silly stop thinking that you can invent something like a time machine" I tell to myself. But on the other side, I felt my soul speak for the first time and I felt it said "You can do it!! Atleast give it a try!" So I went on to listen my soul and started working on this. For this, I had to create some research papers. It's not that I have never heard of the terms "Time Travel". But the thing was that I never ever thought of going behind it. After having my dinner, I start working on my research papers by applying all the physics I can. Once and for all I was to give up. But, don't know why, I just want to keep going. After a week
Now my research papers are ready. I had been thinking of a time machine model since I was a 8 year old child. And the time has come. Today I will create a model for my time machine. Yes, just a model. Wondering when will I be working on a real one or who knows, I may or may not succeed. Again a few weeks passed, and there! my model was ready! But not sure if everything goes well. Especially when it comes to reality I mean the real machinery parts. I would never ever share my idea to anyone not even my best friend as I was just stuck into a model and a research paper and nothing else. What would I even tell? As a scholar, my college days were the best ones. But now, due to my focus on an almost impossible task, I had changed completely in negative ways. So, sadly I had to leave my passion for the sake of my studies. And my model and my research paper always remained in the storeroom.
