Chapter 3: A friend more like a brother

I see my friends really worried. I can feel their concern towards me. But what happened? "It's 5pm dear" tells a lady standing beside one of my friends. I said "ok". But then I realise that I had been lying unconscious for nearly 7 and half hours to 8 hours. I didn't understand about what had happened to me exactly. I was still feeling a bit dizzy and had not recovered completely yet. I totally doubted that it was only because of the thing that I had swallowed that my condition has worsen to this extent.
But I was still wondering about it when I hear Haruki coming running towards me. Thank God he stopped or else he was almost going to fall upon me. I asked "Ah! What happened?". "Seriously? What happened? You are asking me? Look at yourself you silly? Drunk a lot or what?" He asked. "Shut up! You are blabbering anything? The one who drinks rarely is you! Not me! So just don't involve my name in these things! Now, come to the point" I said."Nakam, are you okay?" He asks with tears hiding in his eyes. "I'm okay!! Stop filling your eyes with tears!" I replied with affection. "Who is crying no!! No!! I'm just.. like.." . "Stop giving reasons. I know that your eyes are filled with tears. I'm really fine you please don't worry about me." I request. We hug each other. After a couple of minutes I try to get up with my painful head and start to walk towards my home. "You don't seem to be in the condition to walk. Should I leave you?" He asked. "Well, okay. Thanks" I said.
We reach my home. "Bye! Hope to see you tomorrow in college" he says and goes. I enter my home and my mom is not to be found and I ask my neighbors and they tell me that she had to leave to nearby city at 9:15 am in the morning and that they will be returning at night 9 pm. "She has left me alone? Seriously? What was so important? Oh God my head.. feels like my skull will crush at any moment.. better I head to bed."
I always have extra keys with me may it be of our house or of our vehicles. I go to bed to take some rest. I get up at 8:12pm. I'm really hungry and as my mom and dad are not home so I had a plan of having my dinner at some good restaurant. I get ready and go to a restaurant by car. I have my dinner and come back to home. I was really sleepy but I had to wait till my mom arrives. She comes exactly at 9:15 pm because of the traffic.. then we all go to sleep after some conversation. Nothing special to me and was a boring day. But my golden hair boy has been doing a lot for me from the day we met for the first time. He is now more like a brother to me.
