Chapter 10: Threats by family

In Sakura's house..
Sakura:It was a fresh day and I get ready. My mom was not at home and had gone to buy some groceries. I was about to leave the home for the delivery work when my step father comes infront of me "You are not allowed to go anywhere from today. You can ask me or your mother and it will be provided to you.." he says. Today I lose my control "What do you mean by 'not allowed to go anywhere'? You very well know that I am working as a delivery girl! At least can I go for work?!!" I ask angrily. I was very much frustrated because of my step father. "No! I said you are not allowed to step out for a few months till we shift to your aunts house and better be careful there! hope you will learn a lesson and hop less wherever you go.. and leave the delivery job.." he says. "But what about the income? I have been collecting money that I earn for my future and however I had ended my studies with school and never got to attend college.. in the first place is this what I wanted??? I wanted to fulfill my dream but as I left studies my dream was left unfulfilled and the root cause is you!" I remove my whole lifetime anger at him at once today. "Enough!! I have heard enough! You have already spoken a lot.. You go to your room right now or else I'll drag you!" He says furiously. I was extremely terrified as I had never seen him like this till now. I was literally trembling and my eyes were filled with tears. I immediately go to my room and close the door so that I won't get to have to hear his nuisance again.
Luckily he didn't seize my mobile. I switch it on and I see three missed calls by Nakamura. Tears were rolling down my cheeks and I was remembering him a lot. I had developed deep feelings for him and I realize it today. I wipe my tears and I dial him as it was Sunday and he would be at home. He receives my call within a fraction of seconds.
"Hi! Whats up! How are you?" He asks. I couldn't control my emotions any more and I start crying again and tell him that I don't feel like to live anymore as the condition in my home was suffocating. "My stepfather has gone too far and has restricted me from stepping outside the home.. my life is hell!!" I tell by crying. "You don't worry.. Dont go to do anything stupid.. ill come!" Nakamura tells me. "Please! Dont come here! If my step father sees you he is sure to kill me first!" I plead him. "I'm going to escape from the window with the help of clothes.." I tell him. "What??!! Where will you go?" He asks me. "I will go somewhere but I cannot stay here anymore and this is my final decision.." I decide. "In that case, you can live in my home if you want.. as your my best friend I don't want to leave you in this situation and want to try my level best to help you" He tells me. "But.. what will your mom think?" I ask to which he replies "Don't worry! I'll tell her every thing and make sure that your father doesn't get to know about it.. my mom is the best and I'm sure that she'll understand.." He assures me. "Really??" I ask for confirmation. "Yes, really!" He replies. "Thank you so much!! I'll escape from here and reach the Golden park in 5-10 minutes.." I inform him. "OK! Then I'll be there in 5 minutes" he tells me. Today will be the day when I'll be free from this restricted life. I reach the Golden park and see Nakamura standing under the shades of maple tree.

Nakamura: I see Sakura walking towards me
"Hey, I hope you are alright?" I ask her. "Well better than before! Except the fact that my luggage is really heavy" she laughs while saying. "OK miss! Give it to me.. I'll carry.." I tell her. "OK!" She smiles. We walk towards my car and keep the luggage in and drive away from there. After reaching my home, I and Sakura steadily walk inside my home. My mom welcomes her but she was really surprised with the bags. I tell her everything and that she will be living here. My mom was once shocked but after listening to her entire story she calms down. I even tell her not to tell anything about this to anyone. Sakura and I go to the guest room and I help her. It was still morning and I ask her if we can test the time machine. "Yes, sure!" She says. I call Haruki "Hey! Can you come to home now? As Sakura and I have thought to test the time machine and without you we are not going to do it as we have equally worked on it." I ask him. "Well, I'm not well today so I may not be able to come" he says. "Oh okay! Not an issue we will test some day and on that someday dont forget to bring the special fuel!" I tell him. "Yeah sure!".. "OK then, I am keeping the call" I say "Wait!!!" He yells. "What happened you scared me dude" I tell him. "At that time did you just say 'As Sakura and I.....' something like that? Is she there? And what is she doing there? She must have been delivering the food.. " He showers a questionnaire. "You take some oxygen and breathe for now.. so many questions? Seriously?" And I tell him the entire story and tell him not to tell this to anyone else. "Yup ok! Its the best day for you if I'm not wrong" he chuckles. "Why whats so special in this day.. Sakura has taken a big and risky step and you are giving this day the title as the best day?" I tell him. "A good boy!" He says. "Yeah thanks bye!" And I sign off.
