Chapter 6: My new friend!

I go to college and there was my friend in a sad mood. I go near him and he was almost about to punch me right into the face if I hadn't controlled him with the help of my hands. "Whoa! Cool.. what happened?" I asked politely. "Nakum!! I showered a large number of messages asking about your where-abouts and you're so stone hearted to ignore me?!" He asked me with a cracking voice. "I'm really sorry. But I really didn't observe your message." I replied. He was silent for a couple of minutes and then rushed towards his class room. "Hey!! What happened?" He went without even turning once but I could feel his emotions. He cares about me really a lot and we fight but we love each other. Without thinking much I go to my class room. After college, I come out to find him standing right infront of the college gate. I go near him "I'm really sorry! Please forgive me!" I asked.

"Um.. its ok.. if it repeats then I won't be responsible for the consequences caused later!" He says. I laugh and tell him that it won't repeat again. Before he leaves "hey! I want to tell something.". He stops "What?". "As you know, you have a lot of friends who are girls. And I've never had any friends who are girls.. so.. I mean now I want to have one but I'm not getting on how to make someone my friend?" I say and he interrupts in between "At last you will have a girlfriend!". "When did I say that I want to make her my girlfriend? I said that I want to have a good friend who is a girl. If you can help you help me or else I'm leaving!!" I quickly reply. "OK chill. In that case, I'll tell you what to do. The best thing is that.. first try to make her realize that you are not trying to have any interest on her .. or else she is sure to avoid you.. you directly tell her about if she wants to be your friend.. and yeah just a friend..! Ok?". "Um.. ok!" I say and leave from there.
At home, I fresh up and have my snacks and go straight upstairs to look if everything was okay. Everything seem to be ok. It doesn't seem that my mom has touched anything here. *Ting tong* I can hear the door bell ring and I run from downstairs blushing and open the door. Its my mom with two bags full of groceries and even the things which I had ordered yesterday! "Mom! Who gave you this?" I ask. "What kind of stupid question is that? Didn't you order anything?" She asks furiously. "Yeah mom! Okay where is she?" I asked hurriedly. "She..... ? You mean the delivery girl..?? Well.. she maybe still outside as her scooter wasn't getting started." She says. I was relieved but I had to reach her before she leaves. "Hey! Where are you going? Aren't you going to help your mom with these heavy bags?" She was asking. "No mom! Sorry! Not now." And I run outside and there she was.. still there but appeared to be worried a lot. I go near her.

"Hey, hi!" I smile at her. "Sir, I have given your ordered things to your mom" she worriedly says. "Yeah, I know." I reply. "Then what happened, sir any problem or any help?" She asks. "I guess you're the one who needs the help" I tell her. "Uh.. well..". "Do you need my help? I can help you with the delivery ... I can take my scooter for now to help you.. " I asked her.

She looks at her scooter for a few seconds "Yes sure". In this way, for today I help her with the delivery. "Really thanks, sir" she says. "If you don't mind can I ask you something?". "Yes, sure". "Would like to be my friend" I ask in a low voice. "Excuse me?". "I know you may find it a bit weird.. but.. will you be my friend?.. like I don't have much friends, especially a girl". She stares at me for a couple of minutes "um.. yes sure." .. I ask her if I can message her in this number which she had messaged me before. She says yes. I felt happy. "Should I leave you to your home?" I ask her. "Its ok! You need not to take that burden now." She replies. "Its not a burden for me.. trust me" I tell her. "I'll take a taxi.. you don't worry.. you already seem to be really tired. I'll leave now. And once again thanks" She smiles while saying. "You're most welcome! By the way my name is Nakamura Tsubasa". "Nice name.. so I'll leave now.. see you someday" I come inside the house and think about continuing the time machine work tomorrow as I was really tired. But today I got a new friend.
