23nd, January

A door opened. Actually it didn't open. Addie had purposely placed boxes which probably weighed more than herself to make sure no one would come in.

"Umm... Open up?" A muffled man's voice came.

Okay, not the same girl, Addie thought. She carefully moved the boxes to the side. (That's when the door opened. Not some time ago.)

"Umm... hey?" The man said. He had a british accent too but not as thick as the woman's,

"What do you want?" Addie asked, looking at the man dangerously. As she attempted to find something scary about him, he said, "Umm... do you like your parents very much?" he asked.

Addie at once understood what he was doing and who he was working for - the woman who had come before this.

"You're trying to make me weaker?" Addie asked, her left eyebrow yanked up an inch. But, it was a rhetorical question.

Jeff ran away hurriedly. That girl - Addie Botcher was very intimidating. He took his walkie - talkie out of his pocket.

"Madam, I made her weaker..." he said in a high voice. He always spoke in a high voice when he was lying, but either Jacqueline didn't know or didn't realise.

"Good job, Jeff. Come to my office. I will hand you the potion - don't you dare tell anyone about this." Jacqueline's voice answered.

Jeff started to say, "Wh-"

Then, Jacqueline quickly said, "And don't ask why."

"Okay madam..." Jeff said, but in his head, he was thinking, What is this woman up to?

Then, Jeff went up to the roof and smiled. Then, he said, "Hear that ma? I'm not weak! I'm strong!" Then, he mumbled for some time saying, "Not weak, strong, strong..."

Jacqueline waited and waited for Jeff to come, but he never did. She checked the cameras. He was at the roof. The roof. She was going to have to tell someone to break down the roof. Now he was on the roof for the - what - 278th time since he'd been hired. He had only been hired for a month, none of Jacqueline's other gatekeepers lasted that much longer.

"Jeff, I'm going to fire you right now if you go to the roof one more time today!" Jacqueline screamed so loudly that her assistant came running to her. "Yes Jacqueline your Majesty," she did a curtsy.

"Oh God nothing, just leave."

"Are you sure madam because I heard screa-"

"That's it you are - fired!" Jacqueline declared.

"And so are you, Jeff. What did you think you were doing going to the roof? Every. Single. Day." Jacqueline said, maybe, a bit too loud.

Jacqueline didn't have to say that into the walkie-talkie, though. Her voice was so loud, Everyone could hear her from out of town forget about the roof. In fact, an old man - with not so good hearing - was walking outside town. When he heard that, he had heard, "So you are Jegg, dead thing you are, falling off the roof?"

The old man was frightened, did someone called Jegg die? He ran away hurriedly.
