In this story billy isn't as horrible as he is in the show. He was adopted by Hopper after Neil arrested for beating billy. And billy has been on the right track

Billy mother fucking Hargrove! The one person you couldn't stand was just assigned to be your partner for the class competition. Several schools had a few students from each school doing this stupid game.

Where students were paired off in groups of two and competed for a week during school to see which groups would go. Those students had to live together in cabins with their partner and compete with others for two more weeks to see which school was the best. There were several games that students could win.

You were pissed. Billy "the bad ass" Hargrove, more like Billy "the man whore" Hargrove was supposed to focus on you and winning this stupid game. Yeah right. Now not only did you have to play this stupid game but you had to live with Billy in a cabin for two weeks.

"Looks like you're mine princess." Billy leaned over his desk to talk to you.

"In your dreams you ass hat." I rolled my eyes as he smirked at me.

"Oh how right you are princess." I looked at him like he was stupid.

"Does that actually work on girls? Or are you just desperate?" The bell sounded. Signifying the end of the day. Which also happened to be the day where the class representatives would travel to the cabins for the first game.

"I don't know you tell me baby." Billy stood up and grabbed my stuff. I ripped my stuff out of his hands.

"I can meet you there." I said to Billy as he blocked the door trapping me inside the room with him.

"Do you need to go home and pack?" Billy asked smirking at me.

"No. I have my bags already packed and they are in Steve's car." I say to Billy and I watch his smirk drop. His eyes darken at Steve's name.

"You two dating?" Billy asked me darkly. I forgot that Steve and Billy hated each other.

"No idiot. He's not my type first off. My stuff his in his car because Steve's my neighbor and it's easier to just ride with him." I say.

"I'll drive us. Meet me at my car." Billy says and he walked away. I walked to my locker and unlocked it. I started to put my school stuff away not knowing that Billy was down the hall leaning up against the row of lockers by his friends watching my every move.

You were everything to Billy. His reason for getting up each morning. For coming to school. Once he found out you didn't like fights he stopped starting them. He wanted you and he would change everything about himself if it would make you his.

So when he heard about this school competition he talked the teacher and made a deal. If he got above at 70% on the next test the teacher would pair you two up together. Billy ended up getting a 100% so you were partnered up with him.

He hated that you and Steve were friends but he was glad you didn't like Steve that way. A weight was lifted off his shoulders knowing that. Billy still didn't like the friendship between the two of you.

But realized fast that if he was to get you to be his girl that he would have to deal with Harrington. Billy watched you and saw Steve had come up behind you. He knew you were talking but not about what was said so he started to move closer to you both.
