if the picture above worked that is how I imagine Thane. Yours may be different and that is totally fine.

Thane POV

I snuck into my house, trying to imitate the ninja movies I have watched. Apparently I needed to watch more movies because my parents immediately came out of their room.

"Where have you been!? You were suppose to be doing homework," my "mom"/Angela said in a whiney voice.

"Yeah well you were suppose to be raising me. That didn't happen either," I mumbled.

"Son, respect you mother!" father yelled.

"I wasn't just talking about mom."

They looked at each other in sinc.

"We think that you should stop seeing that girl Alexa" Angela said.

"Her name is Alex," I said through clenched teeth.

"She is a bad influence. We all know that if you have relationships with the poor, then you become poor yourself."

"Because money is all that matters!? And only you, dad, believe in stupid things like that. If anything I'm the bad influence!"

"We also think that she is making your anger management issues worse," Angela whispered.

"Worse! If anything she is making it better. But I guess neither of you would understand."

"We understand perfectly fine" Angela said.

"It was an forced marriage! Both of you have weekly "meetings" with a "business" partner in your separate bedrooms." They both gasped simultaneously.

"That information never leaves this house! You hear me young man?"Dad yelled, his face getting red.

"It's not that hard to guess. I'm pretty sure my friends both know." I turned around to head to my room.

"Thane Colon go to your room! And take your meds!" Angela screamed.

My body tensed, "you know I don't like taking those, and I'm not gonna just because you tell me to!" I went straight to my room and didn't turn back around.

I slammed the door to my room. My chest heaving up and down. Why couldn't my parents just be loyal to each other! I am starting to get a headache. I grabbed my iPod and tried some music. The song 'Happy' came on. Two words and I threw my iPod against the wall, shattering it. My phone rang. Probably my parents calling me because they are too scared to come up and face me themselves.

"WHAT!"

"Whoa mister grumpy pants, whats up with you?" Alex's calm voice spoke through the speaker.

"Nothing, sorry I yelled at you."

"Yeah whatever I'm coming over. What kind of ice cream do you want?"

"I don't care," I half way snapped.

"Alrighty be over in a minute ." I don't want her to see me like this. I've never told her about my anger management issues.

I tried everything that I can think of. I ended up punching two holes in my wall. I'm still not calm when I hear a knock at my door. When I didn't answer Alex peeked her head in with her eyes covered.

"You decent?"

"Why wouldn't I be?" She took her hand off her eyes.

"I don't know. I've heard that guys walk around in their boxers when they are at home." I laughed at her.
