Recently, you've been out of town for work reasons, leaving your boyfriend of 1 year, Austin, home alone. You trust he's kept the house clean and tidy, and he hasn't made a mess. You and him would text daily, but he sounds suspicious about something. You just hope it's not what you suspect it is. You've been waiting and waiting just to come home.

But, you've been let off a day as you finished your work as fast as you could so you could get home and see Austin. You loved him so much and you were so excited to see him. All you could think about while driving back is hugging him as soon as you got in. That's one thing you really missed and needed. A hug. Especially from Austin.

You hadn't told him that you were coming home though, you wanted it to be a suprise for him cause you knew how much he'd love it. Of course he would've been expecting to have the house to himself for 2 more days though. This worked in your favour of the whole suprise thing.

You enter your street and get to the house, praying he wouldn't hear. And you don't think he did. You take your key out your pocket and open the door. You slip your shoes off your feet.

He wasn't downstairs so you assumed he would just be upstairs. Something stops you. What the fuck is that noise? Is that?..

You opened the bedroom door where that noise came from and instantly regret that move. Before your eyes is him and a girl laying with eachother naked

"Shit!" Austin yells
"What the fuck!" You shout.
"Y/n what're you doing back so soon?!" He yelled.

The girl beside him rushes to put her shorts on. She runs out the room past you quickly, escaping out the door.

You slapped him across the face.

The girl pulled her shorts on and ran past you and out the door.

You stared at him for about 2 minutes.

"WELL ARE YOU JUST GONNA STAND THERE AND FUCKING STARE OR EXPLAIN YOURSELF?!" You yell in his face
"I'm sorry it was just you've been gone for a while and I-" he explained
"So you thought, huh, well if I cheat on her maybe I won't miss her so much?" You question
"Oh please y/n, you know your my girl, my only girl." He cooed, trying to calm you with his words.
"Well CLEARLY I am not!." Your voice began breaking as You spoke, you turned to walk out.
"Wait-" he said

He grabbed you by hoodie and pinned you against the while before kissing you hard.

You wanted to hate him, and be mad, but when he did this you couldn't help but love him.

Like he said, You are his girl. And you did love him. But how could you ever trust him?

You could taste the tears that rolled down your face into your mouth.

"Don't cry." He tells you, proud that he won you back, wiping a tear that had ran down your cheek, carrying smudged mascara with it.

"I have to go now." You say
"No.. please stay." He replies
"I'm sorry..I'm sorry baby please stay" He says
"How am I meant to trust you, after that?" You ask "I can't. I cant trust you after that." You answered yourself.
"Why?" He ask
"Reflect, Austin." You snap
"If it changes anything i didn't enjoy it." He says
"What a fucking game changer." You say, rolling your eyes
"Baby, please." He begs before pinning you against the wall and kissing you again.

"I'm so sorry..I don't know what I was thinking." He whispers.

You sigh.
There's no point trying to fight him now. Because you do love him and you always will.

"I don't know what you were thinking either." You say, and small smile pulling at your lips.

"That's my girl."
