Rule 1: No interaction with personnel from a different dimension or timeline, involving remembrance is allowed. Unless it's urgent needs that are affecting both realms/ timelines.

Rule 2: When in a realm that is different from your home, refrain from mentioning your life from your home realm to prevent culture shock and a disturbance of daily life.

Rule 3: A person's magical abilities are inversely proportional to a realm's tolerance of magic. If a domain has heavy tolerance to magic, its magical abilities would decrease to a bare minimum. A realm with low magic tolerance can send a person's abilities overdrive.

Rule 4: Magic of your own can't be used willingly in another dimension besides your home.
