Starry Promenade Association is an organisation that analyzes abnormalities in the human realm and other realms if necessary.
It used to be a solo project by Ryuto until Eichi invited him to Ensemble Square.

Targets
The Unstoppable- They have been the catalyst of the Hidden War and they have been on their watch ever since. Hidden security cameras are installed to get more information about them and what their main goal is.
The information they got from the suspect is stated here:
-Their main goal was to give the Pretty Cure Realm, fear by capturing their heroes. Once all the Pretty Cures are captured, they will terrorize the said realms.
Kamijou Seichi II(精緻神上(II))- Though he was just out of House arrest, he has been suspected of holding the same kind of Magic as The Unstoppable. The reason is currently unknown.
(Author's note based on target: As the antagonist of a video game: Shining Song Starnova, I thought a house arrest would be a fair state of judgment for him. To be fair, I once thought of killing him off before I watched playthroughs of this game over, and over, and over. If you want to see a good playthrough that touches almost the entire gameplay, I recommend the ones made by a YouTuber: Conixis. Though it's creatively censored, you are warned if you have either an innocent mind or have not been taught about Sexuality education and/or Sex education beforehand.)
