James shambled out of the basement and out onto the street. He had no recollection of what happened, but he knew whatever happened was horrible. He looked down and saw his coat spattered in blood and felt like vomiting, but instead started crying out of confusion and fear.
A young boy, about eleven years old, walked up to him.
"Bro, are you okay?" The boy asked.
Suddenly James was standing in a completely pitch-black room. James moved his foot up from the carpeted floor and a thick liquid poured off his shoes. He felt his way to a wall and followed it to a door, and just as he put his hand on the doorknob a TV snapped to life behind him, illuminating the room. He turned around and saw the TV displaying an episode of Boy Meets World which cast light upon the corpse of the boy from earlier bleeding out all over the floor.
The boy on the floor did not resemble the boy who had approached James in the slightest, in fact, he was nearly identical to the boy on TV named Cory, yet James somehow instinctually knew it was the same person.
He whipped around as fast as he could and slammed through the door into the living room where Gino sat staring at the ceiling, reading off passages from the Animaniacs fandom wiki from memory. Gino stopped and looked at James.
"I think Sally killed Cory. So yeah." Gino said.
"Oh yeah, that's..." James said, inching towards the front door, "I just gotta go for a couple seconds. I'll be right back."
"Ugh, whatever," Gino said and then threw his controller at the TV after being disconnected from Dead by Daylight.
James ran out of the house and smashed the front window of Gino's grandma's car and reached through, unlocking the door and getting in. James instinctively put his hand in his pocket and then looked around frantically.
"Shit, I need the keys! Where would they be, where would they be..." He started repeating to himself.
Suddenly he remembered when he first arrived at Gino's house after his house fire, he saw Gino's grandma toss the keys onto the dresser in her room. If he remembered correctly no one had used that car since then, but that wouldn't make it easy. Gino wouldn't let anyone in his grandma's room since Gene The Emoji Movie came to his house and hunted him down, and no one had asked why.
Hesitantly James got out of the car and looked at the house in front of him, suddenly seeming much more intimidating than ever before.
"I guess if I want to get out of Gino Hill," James said, "I'll have to go through this residence of evil."
He stepped back through the front door and immediately ducked behind a couch while Tammy The Walten Files walked in.
"They still have not added me into Dead By Daylight!" She screamed, "I am so angry! This is unbelievable!"
Gino stood up and stomped and then beat up a table.
"Yeah and I keep getting banned because the wifi disconnected, this game sucks! I'm leaving a bad review on Xbox store," Gino said and left a bad review on Xbox store.
"Sucks a lot, I've been left for dead so many times in this residence of evil that I always end up dead by daylight. If only the hills weren't so silent. 2 stars."
James easily snuck past the living room with all the outrage over Dead by Daylight distracting everyone and made his way to Gino's grandma's door. He slowly opened it up and stepped into the room, flipping the light switch on.
Everything in the room looked completely orderly and neat, nothing was out of place. Now more relaxed, he stepped over to the dresser and picked up the keys, stuffing them in his pocket. On his way out of the room, he smelled something terrible coming from the closet but decided to ignore it and closed the door behind him. He quietly made his way through the living room by hiding behind couches again.
"James, why do you keep hiding behind couches and running on your tip toes?" Sally asked reasonably.
James felt like crying and slammed through the front door and then threw open the car door. He got into the car and stuck the key into the ignition and put on his seatbelt. Gino, Tammy, and Sally ran through the front door as James backed out of the driveway and slammed the pedal to the floor, speeding away from Gino's evil residence and through Gino Hill.
"Tammy, stop that bad man!" Gino screamed pointing at the car.
Tammy caught up pretty quickly because she was pretty fast and jumped onto the roof of the car.
James panicked as Tammy punched through the car roof reaching at him, and started swerving all around the road to knock her off. Nothing worked and Tammy eventually punched a hole through the roof big enough for her to fit through and climbed down into the passenger seat.
"Stop it Jamie Smotherland," she yelled, "you need to help us defeat Alex!"
James punched her in the face and tried choking her, but she grabbed the steering wheel and jerked it right, crashing the car straight into a telephone pole. She ripped James's jacket off him and put it on.
"You're no longer needed," she said as James blacked out, "now I'm Tammy Sunderland."
The man snapped awake in the driver's seat of the car. Glass from the windshield was blown all over him and the front of the car was completely crumpled by the telephone pole. With great effort, he ripped the seat belt out of the buckle and opened the car door. He fell out onto the street gripping his chest, sure at least a couple of ribs were broken, and looked up at the street.
Dead bodies lay strewn all around the street and sidewalk, all mutilated and bleeding profusely. The man slowly pushed himself off the ground and leaned against the car. He heard a loud whirring noise overhead and looked up to see a helicopter flying down, and he slowly slipped out of consciousness again.
