Once Cleo arrived home, she immediately ran inside and hugged her parents. She would spend many hours crying and spilling all of her feelings towards them, about how much she appreciated them and that they've done for her. They hugged her back and told her
"We love you, Cleo"
"I love you too mom and dad"
As time progressed, Cleo would go to school and figure out nobody remembers Sky or Storm. Must be Sky who had everyone's mind erased, or when Morgana came and froze everyone. Even Sky's mother didn't remember her, and Sky's mom was married and had two kids with some guy. Cleo would go onto becoming an artist and drew the adventure she embarked on with Sky and Storm, which would receive praises and even put into museums, especially the painting of the girl who pulled the sword from the stone.
