Akshara
As Akshara steps into the office, her phone rings.
"Miss me already?" she greets Abhi.
"I've been missing you since the minute I boarded the flight" Abhi cribs.
Abhi had gone to Pune that morning for an important meeting and even though he really wanted to take her along, she had an important meeting to attend.
Of course, a simple order from Mr. CEO could have gotten her the required permission but Akshara was never the kind of person who would use her leverage.
"Cheesy much?" Akshara teases him.
"You haven't still said that you miss me too" Abhi makes a face.
"I miss you so much, husband" she giggles "Now let me go and attend my meeting and you as usual, go ace yours! Muaaah" she suddenly notices that her voice was a little too loud and that everybody is now looking at her!
A deep red blush covers her cheeks as she runs to her desk "You, Mr. Birla, will get me fired one day" she whispers into her phone.
"Huh" Abhimanyu smirks "Let's see who dares" he laughs "Accha, I'll be back home by tonight. Bye."
Akshara spends the entire morning working on her PPT and as expected, she kills it during the meeting.
As she walks to the office parking to get her car, she plans to surprise Abhimanyu with his favourite dish for dinner.
Come soon Abhi...
She turns on the radio and excitedly turns on the volume as one of her favourite songs play "Abhi na jaao chhod kar...ke dil abhi bhara nahi"
As she his humming to the tune, she sees a child running to cross the road and her heart skips a beat.
She makes an abrupt cut, saving the child but her car races out of control as it crashes onto the divider with a bang.

Abhimanyu
As Abhimanyu boards the flight, he is finally relieved that the day has ended. He quickly sends a text to Akshara before the flight takes off and closes his eyes to take some rest...
As he wakes up with a jolt, he realises that he had dozed off and that he has already arrived.
"Sir, I was about to wake you up" his assistant says but Abhimanyu pays no attention to him.
He still cannot get over the negative feeling that woke him up, it wasn't a dream or a nightmare but it was a strange feeling that made his hands shiver.
As they land, he quickly opens his phone, his hands still sweaty and shivery.
7 missed calls.
13 unread messages.
He clenches his fist as the negative feeling goes stronger with every passing second.
He checks the call logs and most of the missed calls are from Ayaan but for some reason, he still dials Akshara's number.
The number you're trying to reach is currently switched off.
He takes one hand and places it over his chest, trying to get rid of the uneasiness and dials Ayaan's number.
"Hello!"
The next words that he hears send his world crashing down.
