"So she just... Lunged at her?" I asked.
"Yep, leaped right out of her seat and tore the skin from her finger right up to her elbow.. It was awful." Jonathan replied. He seemed to have toughened up since 'the incident' at school, he seemed fearless, like he was in control.
"That's disgusting dude..." I crinkled my nose. "What did the others do?"
"They just screamed, people were crying, that's when I noticed Mrs. Radcliffe start to reanimate." He stared behind me, not focusing on anything. "Her body started twitching, her eyes drained of colour; they were completely black. No on else saw. Josie and her brother were too busy distracting other people as they had yet another feast." He trembled as he remembered what had happened. "As Mr. Williams walked in, she tore his entire fucking arm off.. It was truly disgusting." Jonathan was clearly getting distressed, I placed my arm on his shoulder.
"It'll be okay Johnny. You'll be fine" I reassured him, his eyes were filling with tears. "It's okay, I promi-" He cut me off.
"Its not that..." He pushed my arm off of his shoulder. "Mr. Williams b-"
The door swung open to reveal hyperventilating Cody. He was covered in blood. His eyes were wild and red, as if he had been crying.
