In the junkyard of destroyed ships, The Ghost was parked on one of the scraped parts.
"In zero-ten, I will discuss the dramatic events transpiring in your Imperial..."
The HoloNet went on as the rebels were bored out of their minds. Chopper ends the broadcast as Zeb stretches his arms "Hope we're not gonna hiding in this can forever. There's only so much HoloNet I can take." Zeb groans. Ezra rubs the back of his head. "Well, I'd say they're late, but we don't even know when they're supposed to show up, or who we're meeting." he points out.
Chopper chatters in agreement, Hera just turns to them, "Whoever they are, Senator Organa wants them to get where they're going and he's trusting us to get them fuel." she informs him.
"If he trusts us, why keep us in the dark?" Ezra questions her, and the doors to the cockpit open, revealing Councilor Amelia as she stood before them, they looked at her in shock as Chopper ends the holonet. "Because this mission is of great importance if we are to form the rebellion," she informs them as the door close behind her.
Zeb and Chopper just looked away, "No offense, aunt Amelia. But why would Senator Organa not tell us if it was that important? I mean, we're here risking our lives to help these people, but we don't know who they even are." he asks her, she just looks at them. "I was the one that suggested to give this mission to you as it was you that formed Chopper Base. And the not knowing part, well, how can one inspire hope if they know everything?" she informs him.
This just puzzles Ezra as he leans back in his chair, crossing his arms. "Still, it's very dangerous for you to be here, councilor. If the Empire captures you..." Hera states, Amelia, flicks her eyes right at him, "Then the Empire better be ready for one hell of a fight, I am more than just a councilor as I was so much more than a senator." she informs them.
Ezra just sighs, "No wonder Kanan volunteers for that supply run." Ezra grumbles as Zeb just chuckles. "Chopper, turn the HoloNet back on. It should be on now." Amelia said, and Chopper turns it back on.
"Imperial Senator Mon Mothma of Chandrila has shocked the Senate with her treasonous remarks against Emperor Palpatine."
The rebels' attention was caught as the holo changed to the senator.
"I named the Emperor himself for ordering the brutal attacks on the people of Ghorman. Their peaceful world is one of the countless systems helpless against his oppressive rule."
"This massacre is proof that our self-appointed Emperor is little more than a lying executioner, imposing his tyranny under the pretense of security. We cannot allow this evil to stand."
Amelia grins to herself as she saw over her shoulder, that the door was open and Leo, Mako, and Leto were watching as well. "Wow! did she really say that about the Emperor?" Ezra asks as the holonet ends. "I'm surprised she's still breathing. Lady's got guts." Zeb states.
"When one takes a standing to voice their truth, it will catch many eyes," Amelia informs them, then the alarms went off.
"That's not a good sign," Leo mutters, Mako and Leo just shook their heads, and a pod drops from hyperspace. Leo and Mako stood up as they joined the others, "Maybe that's our contact." Ezra suggests, but Leo took a closer look at the probe, seeing the antenna attached at the head. "I don't think so. Chopper, scan." Hera orders, but Leo shot his hand out, "No, no scans of any kind." he warns.
The probe doors open, revealing the Imperial hunter droid as it was in attack mode. "Leo, what is it?" Hera asks, "It's that hunter droid, from before." he said, this just confuses her. "A probe? What's it doing way out here?" Hera questions. "Speaks Imperial. That's bad." Ezra spoke.
