Chapter 13: Ghost of Geneosis Part 2

Saw and Mako were having a stare down, the little bug clung to Mako as he was shaking, "Get out of my way. That thing has information on what I want to know." he snaps at her, "And getting his face is not going to get you what want, plus you're not the only one that wants to know." she snaps at him, shoving him back.

He just glares at her, "Just what Imperial secret was worth the lives of my team, my friends?" he questions, she just glares, holding her arm out in front of the little bug. "Easy Saw," Ezra spoke up.

"We all got questions for him," Kanan assures him. "Saw, He's unarmed," Rex informs him. But Saw just looks at him, "You know better than anyone, we can't underestimate these things." he snaps, glaring down at the little bug, who just hides from Mako.

"Back off, Saw." she snaps at him, he just glares at her, seeing her was very serious about it so he scoffs and steps back. "The more you act like that, Saw. The more afraid he becomes." she snaps at him.

Ezra blinks and looks down at the little bug as he was hiding behind Mako. "She's right. I think he's afraid." Ezra agrees with him. "Well, how can you tell?" Rex asks them.

"Let Ezra and Mako talk to him." Kanan suggests, then Ezra steps forward, "It's okay. We won't hurt you." he promises him. Saw just eyed the young boy. The little bug sinks further behind Mako as she lowers her arm, looking down at the little guy. "I'm Ezra, this is my sister, Mako. What's your name?" Ezra asks him.

The little bug just looks between them, "Klik-klak, Klik-klak." he answers, speaking his tongue. Ezra just smiles as did Mako. "My Geonosian speech is a little rusty," Mako spoke. "Yeah, I'm just gonna call you Klik-klak. Come on out." Ezra said, gesturing with his hands as he steps back. He mutters in his tongue as he steps in front of Chopper, poking at his dome.

But Chopper snaps as he held his arms out, "It's OK, Chop." Ezra informs, then looks at the second Jedi. "Mako, think you can talk to him?" he asks. She just looks at, "Maybe, but as I said. My speech is a little rusty." she informs him, "We can take what we can get." Kanan informs her.

Looks down at him as Klik-Klak turns to look up at her. She exhales, brushes back her hair then kneels before the little bug. "Klick-Klak. Empire," she spoke, gesturing to the sky. "Home," she said, pressing her fingertips to the ground.

Then held up both hands and held them together, "Plan?" she asks, opening her hands, and looking at him. He spoke in his language and kneels as he traces something in the dirt below.

"A circle inside of a circle. That could be the rings around Geonosis" Rex states, Mako just looks closer. "No, look at the shapes and location. Geonosis has many rings and it's in the dead center," she informs them.

Then points at the image, "There's only one here, and this circle here." she spoke, moving her finger towards the small circle. "It's smaller and closer to the edge. It could be a secret project," she informs them.

Ezra and Rex exchanged looks. "I need more than some scratches in the dirt." Saw snaps, shooting a glare at the poor creature. Chopper suddenly spoke up getting their attention. "Chopper pick up an energy reading in the direction Klik-Klak was going. Down below somewhere." Ezra answers.

Mako stood up, looking at him, "Probably a trap. Another den of battle droids." Saw said, pointing back from where they came from. "Or his home." Mako points out, crossing her arms. "Or the answers we're looking for," Kanan spoke as he steps forward. "We came all this way." Rex states.

Then Saw shoves Mako back by surprise, "Hey!" she shouts, stumbling back, Ezra was quick and catches her. "Mako...?" Kanan calls out as he turns to them. Klick-Klak cries out, fighting against Saw as he held his wrist.
