Three Hours Later, The Pods, Jay's POV:

"We gotta talk about something very important... I almost forgot." Maurice said as I furrowed my eyebrows.

I'm pretty sure we've been in here for about two hours or more. I don't even keep up with time when I'm with him.

It's been non-stop talking since he walked in. I absolutely love this.

Our conversations are so easy and we have so many things in common.

"Wassup?" I asked.

"Music" He said as I gasped.

"Oh yea! That is important. I need music to function a lot of the time." I said chuckling.

"Ok, who are your favorite female artists?" He asked.

"I listen to a lot of women like Jhené, Ariana Grande, Teyana Taylor, Kehlani... but, I think I listen to Summer Walker and this Chicago rapper and singer the most. Her name is Tink." I said as he spoke again.

"Why those two the most?"

"They both drop music whenever I'm going through something which is so ironic. So, a lotta times I relate to their songs. I feel every word in almost every verse." I explained as he said ok.

"Yea, Summer makes a lotta good music. She has a beautiful voice." He said as I agreed.

"Yea, you can basically put her on shuffle and I'm pretty sure I can sing along to anything." I said as he chuckled.

"What's your favorite song on Over It?" He inquired as I groaned out of frustration.

He laughed following the sound I made.

"Ok cause look, the girl got so many hits so I'll give you my top 3 maybe... I gotta say Tonight, Nobody Else, and Potential... with Like It and Playing Games as honorable mentions, but I like the version with Bryson better." I explained as he chuckled at me for going over three songs.

Chris' POV:

"I see yo' ass can't count. We need to send you back to kindergarten." I said jokingly as we both laughed.

"Look that was a hard thing to do ok?" She said as I smiled to myself.

I actually co-wrote "Like It"... fun fact. I'm glad she got good taste.

"What's your favorite on her new one?" I asked.

"That's tough cause I sing along to Bitter like it's my situation... but, at the same time I might have to say Constant Bullshit. It's a tough one for me."

"Why? Cause it's so many good ones on this too?" I asked while chuckling.

"Nah um... my heart was seriously broken a day before she dropped. I vividly remember cause it was in November right before my birthday. I didn't wanna listen at first because I knew all of it was a timeline of what happened between her and London, and the situation was still too fresh for me. But, she's my girl so I still wanted to listen." She said as she continued to speak.

"I got to that song, and I heard her harmonies before she even sang the words. I knew I was gonna love the song, but as it went on it got rough for me. So, it's my favorite song on there, but it was also the toughest for me to listen to... I just related so much. You don't know me was even harder, but I love that one too. It was a beautiful project... it just took me a long time to heal and sometimes hearing it can trigger a few things." She said honestly as I understood where she was coming from.
