*Freddy stood on top of a pillar, looking closely through the scope in his E-Liter, and trying to concentrate on shooting enemies during a fierce Splat Zones match in Camp Triggerfish. So far, the other team has the lead score, so he and his teammates are focusing on making a comeback by taking back the zones.*
Violet: Yo, Amy. Any directions? Should we try to make a push through or...
Amy: ...Just...guard this area...I'll take it from here...
Violet: Jeez, a bit condescending much?
Freddy: Strange, she's been weirdly silent these past couple matches. Wonder what happened?
Violet: I know, right...but she definitely seems more focused...and I guess that's working out...
*Freddy was carefully trying to splat an enemy approaching him, while Violet rushed in, and tried to protect Freddy with her Undercover Brella.*
Violet: Need a little help, Freds? TvT
Freddy: Heh, you know it...
*Meanwhile Amy and Crystal reached the other side of the stage. Both an Inkling and Octoling immediately noticed the two, and started firing with their weapons. The duo hid behind a small wall for cover.*
Crystal: Oof, they look tough...how can we get past them?
Amy: ...Throw me towards that wall.
Crystal: Really?
Amy: Trust me...here goes nothing...
*Crystal, trusting Amy, jumped out of their hiding spot, and threw Amy in her squid form. Amy quickly bounces off the wall, over the enemies, and dodges right behind him with her dualies pointed at their backs.*
SPLAT!
Koda and Atsuko has been splatted.
Crystal: Great job, Amy! You did it!
Amy: ...Heh, alright...ok, uh, c'mon, let's take control of this zone.
*Amy and Crystal quickly covered the Splat Zone, right as Violet covered hers.*
Amy: Alright, now the timer's ticking! We'll be in the lead in no time if we just keep our guard up.
Crystal: ...On it.
Violet: Oh, good. I need a break. *checks phone* Ooo, look at this!
Freddy: What is it, another confusing beauty meme?
Violet: No, Team Inkstrike is trending on SplatNet! Ever since Rez's team dropped, we've made it up to #3 in the best teams in Inkopoli-
RINGGGGGG!
Freddy: Huh, what was that?
Violet: Ugh, it's my parents calling me again. I don't have time to deal with them. Declined.
Freddy: Oh...well uh, in any case...With Amy feeling more determined, and us winning more battles, nothing can stop us from being the best again! ^^
Violet: Oop, shouldn't have said that. They're coming back for us. T~T
*Three teammates from the other team came up to stop Violet and Freddy's Splat Zones. The two aimed at them with their weapons to hold them back.*
Violet: Ugh, these guys are pretty aggressive...
Freddy: *dodges* Woah! I'll say. They keep shooting for m- W-WOAH!
