Rez: Man, these...Octolings, whatever they're called. More of them have been showing up lately, and none of them know their place!
Lance: Um, hey uh, maybe you should give them the benefit of the doubt. They don't really know about us yet.
Rez: Look bro, we're Team Destroyer, the highest-ranked team of Inkopolis! We should be known by everyone.
David: Yeah, you said it Rez!
Gina: Mhm. Anyways, uh, what are we doing here exactly, hun?
Rez: Looking for opponets, duh! So then we can strike fear upon them! But what team should we battle...
David: Ay, there's one over there.
*The four walked up to a small group of Inklings and Octolings chatting.*
Gina: Hey, you four!

Rez: You want to try your luck, and fight the mighty Team Destroyer!? >:)
"...Uhh, who?"
Rez: ...What!? Do you not know who we are!? David! Remind them!
*David takes out his phone, and shows the four a list of the highest ranked teams of Inkopolis.*
Rez: As you can see, we're the #1 team in Inkopolis! -v-
"...Uhh, really? Cause your team name isn't in the #1 spot..."
Rez: Wait what?
*David quickly turned his phone around for his friends to see, only to see a shocking surprise.*
Gina: W-What the fuck?
David: ARE YOU SERIOUS!?
Rez: How can this...
*Rez takes a close look at the list.*
Rez: ...We're in 4th place now...right below Team Outcasts, Team Inkcorporated, and Team Stardom...
Lance: Well uh, we haven't been battling in a while so, I guess it kinda makes sen-
Gina: Wait, look over there! Right behind us is...
Rez: ...Team Inkstrike...
David: And look! They're only a few points away from passing us!
Rez: Oh...that won't do...
*Suddenly, Gina noticed Amy, Crystal, Violet, and Freddy walking out of the Grizzco building.*
Gina: ...Well then...why don't we push them back to where they belong!
Rez: Hm, great idea!
David: Yeah, let's crush them!
Lance: ...Meh, looks like I don't have a choice...
*Meanwhile, Team Inkstrike were gathering their money from their recent Salmon Run job.*
Violet: Welp, that was a mess. Hopefully that shift, and this payment will make my parents shut up about being "responsible" for a while. TwT
Freddy: Now I should have about enough to buy that rare, limited edition copy of Squidka Adventures Firsts for Bubble... :3
Amy: Well, I'm just glad we got that over with. Uhh, you guys wanna go to the Shoal or something?
