During the party, Scaramouche kept staring at you for some reason. Of course you noticed, whenever you turned your head to make eye contact he would instantly look the other way.

His behaviour that night was very strange.

Like when you were all sitting at the table, Scaramouche would constantly brush his hand against yours, or have it rest on your thigh.

The indigo haired boy was incredibly touchy, showering you with compliments telling you how pretty you looked. He would hold your hand not allowing you to be away from him for more than five minutes.

"Hey stop keeping Y/n all for yourself!" The angry oni marched up to the both of you like the man child he was.

"Why should I? It's my birthday too ya know." Scaramouche glared at Itto, pulling your body closer to him.

"I want to have an epic beetle fight with Y/n, but you're preventing me from doing so!"

"You can have a beetle fight with her later." He protested.

"But my beetle has already tried to run away from me three times! If I wait any longer I'm afraid I wont have a beetle to fight with." Itto frowned.

"Ugh fine." The indigo haired boy had an annoyed expression on his face, he reluctantly let go of you.

"Is he on his man period or somethin?" Itto leaned over to you, whispering into your ear. "You think he needs his diaper changed?"

"He's probably just tired." You answered.

"I heard that." Scaramouche turned around sending the oni a death glare.

"I was uh- I was talking about Xiao!"

Xiao snapped his head in Itto's direction flipping him off.

"Chongyun!I meant i was talking about Chongyun." The oni finally finished his sentence.

"What about me?" The icicle boy questioned, hearing his name in the conversation he was clearly interested in what Itto was saying.

"I- I was just saying how amazing you are at uh- at beetle fights!" Itto casually brushed it off.

You and Itto proceeded to engage in an intense beetle fight, you brought a beetle and Scaramouche suggested you named it Bull-Chucker because it reminded him of Itto. But the weird thing was, Scaramouche wasn't there to watch the beetle fight. Kazuha told you he forgot something from his house so he went to go grab it really quickly. You just shrugged it off and continued with what you were doing.

You placed Bull-Chucker down on the table, Itto did the same with his.

In the end, Bull-Chucker won. Of course.

"NOO! RAGING BONE!" Itto picked up his beetle and petted it.

The name for his beetle was very strange.
