It was a sacred beauty gifted to her.
The power she held would put one in a trance. For others, she was their downfall, envious of what she possessed.
The nature of her true self was so beautiful, so enthralling.
Sort of as if it's a spark, rushing through her veins and reaching it's way to fall on her fingertips as the mist slowly appeared, lightly dancing on them, aglow like a flame being lit up from a matchstick. The light then intensifying and illuminating, manipulating into any shape she wished upon, and releasing itself on to the air, bursting out into tiny little fireworks and raining down like freckles of luminesce stardust.
Yet she couldn't seem to love herself.
To her, it was a reminder, the harsh reality that she had been living with a lie. The once perfect girl, full of radiance and happiness she made herself to be was someone who she deep down never knew at all.
She was a lie.
She was a tragedy.
She was gifted with a curse that was all too well hidden, a scar tainted on her forever.

Evelyn stirred in her sleep, huffing and struggling when she could no longer force herself to fall asleep, along with the curiosity set in her thoughts which refused to leave.
"I am not going to ask him," she mumbled, snuggling herself under the cover.
"Niko," she whispered to the bunny who was snuggled besides her head, sleeping soundly. "Why am I even talking to you?"
Evelyn decided to keep it as Niko much to Klaus' protest and whining about how he didn't want a bunny named after him, but she didn't care.
And to get under Klaus' skin she had also named him a Mikaelson. Niko Thumper Mikaelson.
Thumper being from one of her favourite Disney movie, Bambi.
This almost led to Klaus threatening to throw Niko off the balcony, but a kick on the balls by Evelyn and getting sprayed with vervain and wolfsbane was enough for him to rethink his decision.
