Hey my ppl.
Yesterday I got a boost of motivation and after a week of not trying to shift I tried again.
And the reason I wasn't trying is because I was having issues falling asleep.
Well, I used a non visualisation method I saw on TikTok and I fell asleep counting. But I got symptoms anyways: bright lights, a weird feeling all over my body and my arms went a bit numb.
That's a step closer to successfully shifting.
