Helloooooo
So, what the title says.
Basically, I thought, why not try astral projection? Some people shift with it and just seems cool ngl.
So I've been watching videos and saw someone who said that you can astral project through sleep paralysis if you're not scared.
And I remembered that time I had sleep paralysis WHEN I WAS 4.
And I was remembering that and I think I actually astral projected AT 4 YEARS OLD.
So basically, storytime from something that happened like 11 years ago and I somehow remember better than what I did yesterday:
I had sleep paralysis twice the same night. The first time was like the typical "can't move, see weird shit" kind of thing. But it wasn't like weird demon kind of shit or whatever, like shapes of objects with white light or something. The objects were kinda "scary". I remember like seeing a car that practically ran over me and a giant hand just there idk.
Then I "woke up" and called for my mum (cause I was 4, obviously you call your mum when you're a kid and have "scary dreams" (I wasn't really scared, just confused but anyways)).
So then, I'm sleeping with my parents in their bed and I have sleep paralysis again. But this time, after a few seconds I could move. I remember sitting at the edge of the bed, watching the shapes, which were purple in this case and less scary. I vividly remember a tiny purple castle at the corner of the room.
I just stayed there, on the edge of the bed just chilling for a while and idk I guess I just fell asleep for real or something.
I didn't even know what sleep paralysis was until I was twelve and told this to a friend who was like "girl that's sleep paralysis wtf".
So, since I could move the second time and I wasn't scared or anything, maybe I did really astral project.
So yeah, if 4 year old me could do it, 15 year old me can do it as well.
This was quite long huh.
Also yesterday I saw a shooting star and wished to shift so now I have a boost of motivation.
I'll try to have slightly consistent updates from now on.
Byeee
