So I tried the method I mentioned on the previous chapter.
It's called the 1 2 3 method and basically you have to count like "1, 2, 3, I am shifting. 3, 2, 1, I have shifted". Simple.
I saw a bit of lights and also got a weird feeling on my arms.
I've also stopped using the starfish position cause that definitely doesn't work for me. It makes it difficult to sleep and when I get that feeling on my body it literally hurts and it's uncomfortable.

Well, that's all for today. I'll try tonight the same method.
