Hello my ppl

Last night I tried a subliminal meditation called "The Shifting Call".

I had symptoms and at some points I questioned on which reality I was. I saw a flash of bright light every time the guy started talking after a pause.

Still, I didn't shift I think it was because in the middle of the meditation I opened my eyes to see that I was still on my CR so I started thinking that I wasn't going to shift.

I'll definitely try this meditation again at some point, maybe next week or even tonight.
