The Breathing Method

Hello my ppl

This is the method I tried last night. I think it's original, but maybe there is already a method with this title idk.

Anyways, into the method:

-Lay on a comfortable position and relaxxxx.

-Take a few deep breaths and affirm "Every breath takes me closer to my DR". Do this until you start getting symptoms.

-Count to 100 or to whatever you feel like until you start to zone out.

-Say affirmations with total intention to shift. No doubt in your mind. And if there are doubts, get them and smash them into a wall.

I fell asleep before finishing but I did zone out counting so ig it was working.
