Last night I tried again the subliminal for the ADHD method this time with battery on my earphones.

I fell asleep mid method but anyways.

Today I was a video on TikTok saying that we should start sayin Intended Reality IR instead of Desired Reality DR because it's a place we desire, us, but we intend to go and sometimes a desire is something we can't archive.

Also, ir means go in Spanish, so I'm taking this sign from my native language and, now that it's already night cause I didn't have time to write this during the day, I'm going to try again the subliminal.
