Hello my ppl.

I saw this method on TikTok and it's the one I used last night.

Step 1: Say out loud: "I give myself permission to shift".

Step 2: Start counting really slow.

Step 3: Once your mind drifts off and you loose focus, focus on your breathing.

Step 4: Once you start feeling numb, affirm. Either fall asleep affirming or wake up when you feel ready.
