After we left, everybody went to their own houses. I was hoping I would find Zoe asleep but no, she is awake.
ZOE'S POV
I thought I heard Perez pulling in the driveway and I woke up from the couch and meet him a t the door. "Perez! " I called out. "hmm" he deadpanned. "what the hell am I doing in Italy? I want to go back home first thing tomorrow morning" I said . "no you are not going back to Newyork, you are staying with me here in Italy .and it seems like you have forgotten that Mr Phillips exchanged you for my money. so no. you are not going" He pushed his way and started walking towards the staircase. I followed behind him. "Perez listen to me, I have a life in Newyork, I can't stay here!" I said and started running towards the gate "Zoe what the hell! Zoe come back here!" His strong arms went around my waist and pulled me to him. His chest against my back. "let go of me you freak!" I shouted " Zoe calm down, I am not gonna hurt you, calm the hell down!" he yelled And the next thing I know is that he turned me around and back handed me and my head hit the ground so hard. Realizing what he has done, " Am sorry Zoe , I didn't mean to hurt you, am so sorry my God what have I done, am sorry,,.." I heard him say I couldn't get it clear because I was dizzy but the only thing I was sure of is that he hit me. No one has ever raised a hand at me especially a man . "Zoe am so sorr-" "Don't touch me! don't you dare touch me!" I yelled at him and he backed off. I rose slowly and headed straight to the house, towards the room I was I guess. I locked myself in the bathroom and for the first time in a while I cried myself to sleep.

I don't know how I got on the bed but that's no issue. I went to the bathroom and looked myself in the mirror, I had a deep cut on my lip and at the corner of my eye. Tears started swelling in my eyes and I wiped them. I cleaned myself and changed into some clothes which were in the closet. A tight cream like skirt which showed my curves, a matching top and a pair of sneakers.

Wow. so he's gone after what he did to me .okay I'll wait for you Perez. I'll wait for you. I took a bite of an apple and started my tour. Going in every room. The house is huge ,you can easily get lost in here. and something caught my eye. a huge swimming pool. interesting.
