It's becoming a habit to me to not proof read before posting. I'm sorry but I can't help it. I'll edit the errors when I get free time again and until then don't focus on them and enjoy the chapter.

After deciding not to let sakshi know about M.S 's condition it was finalized that Rits and Nush would stay with Sakshi while the rest would go see him without telling Sakshi the actual reason.

They wer surrounded by silence which was occasionally broken by sniffles and grunts.

'We didn't even know that he wasn't home. That's so-' Ziva's voice trailed off into tears.

'He's gonna be alright, you get it?' it looked like Ro was affirming himself more than Ziva.

Vami felt the guiltiest as she had a share in the tragedy. She knew he was upto something and yet she decided to let it happen.

They've soon reached the hospital and immediately rushed inside.

Harry, Kl and Jassi who were standing by the reception froze for a minute seeing their brothers arrival. Jassi was the first one to compose himself.

'He's in room 412.' he informed them.

'We were actually waiting for you, let's go together.' kl said.

'Yeah sure.' replied Vi. Neither of them was up for a conversation about them meeting after so long. The only thing that bothered them was their bhai's condition.

Outside his room were the entire ICT seated.

'Guys let's not talk about what happened in the past years now. For now let's only focus on Mahi bhai.' Harry informed the team before either of them could say anything.

'You seem to have grown some maturity.' Ro couldn't help but comment on his kiddo.

'So much has happened while you were away.' he said in a deadpan look making Ro and Vi anxious before adding 'Like my white hair. But my beauty has remained constant.' making a smile form on all their worried faces.

'Can I go talk to them?' jaddu asked the others.

'It's hard for me to sit here while they are in just a distance. But let's give them some time.' Jinks told him.

'Were all these long years not enough?' questioned Bhuvi.

'Let them first get aware of the situation and meet bhai. We'll then talk to them.' stated Shikhar. 

'The doctor is inside, treating him. You can meet him in a while.' Jassi informed them.

'Where did you find him?' Vi asked.

Jassi, Kl and Harry exchanged for glances debating whether to tell them or not.

'What's wrong?' Ziva asked unable to bear their silence.

'We kinda kidnapped pasupati to make him spill the truth and we kept him under our custody for a while now. But he escaped day before yesterday and we all began searching for him. Yesterday when we went to his house we found bhai on the floor who lost so much blood by then and was subconsciously saying something.' Harry said.

'You kidnapped him?' Vi couldn't believe his ears.

'Is that why I stopped receiving any texts from him?'

'Did you get the evidence?' Sammy questioned.

'We are afraid that it might not be enough. And he's also missing now.' Kl shook his head ashamed of their failure.

'How did bhai go there?' Ro was confused.

'Vami does this have anything to do with you?' questioned Vi who raged with anger.

'Right, you were talking to him very closely. I believe you know something about this.' Ziva said.

'Do you even realise what you did?' Ro asked.

Even though Sammy felt the same she didn't like seeing them confront her in that tone that made her bestie shake with nervousness.

She held Vami and told them,' What ever it is you guys can't talk to her in this tone. She's not at fault and let's hear what she has to say.'

Vami silently thanked her and began narrating what happened:

I took that detective's number from Sammy's phone and gave it to bade papa who wanted to know the whereabouts of Pasupati. He felt that the only way he could seek forgiveness from Ro chahu was by gathering evidence that chachu was not at fault and that pasupati was behind it.

I told him that he can't go their by himself and must inform me when the detective calls back so that he can take someone with him for his protection and he agreed.

Last night he came to me and said that he's going to the city to get some medicines and stay the night at his friend's house. He hid it from me.'

She let down her guards and cried guiltily.

'I'm sorry for talking to you in that tone earlier. But still you could have told us that this was happening right.' Vi said wiping her tears.

'Were any of you in favour of him? What would you do if I said the truth. You'd still hate him and say something rude to hurt him.' she retorted.

'This is why he was asking us to spend one day with him.' Ro said.

'This is all because of me. I've despised him my entire life. Maybe I should have listened to him once. He had to do this because of me.' Ziva bawled.

'We are all at fault Ziva. Maybe I should have talked to him nicely. Maybe I should have forgiven him.'Ro stated.

'But he never apologized.' Vi reminded.

'Because I told him that he's not worthy of it and dada will definitely forgive him if he says sorry but he has to earn it by setting things right.' Sammy admitted guiltily.

'We have all together did this to him.' Vi was devastated.

'You guys should stop the blame game now.  It's of no use. Let's focus on what to do now.' Vami said.

'Shall we call Sherlock Holmes to find pasupati again?' Vami asked Sammy.

'What if he lands in a similar position? We can't risk it. Let's first wait until bade papa returns to health' Sammy said.

Just then the doctor has come out of the ICU.

'It's a good thing that he's in consciousness for the past two hours. His body is also responding to the medication. We can shift him in another 24 hours. If anyone wants to talk to him you can go.'

'Can I and Vi go please.' Ro asked the others.

'First talk to him alone Ro, just you and him.' Vi said.

'I don't think I can handle that. Please come with me.' he pleaded.

'Both of you go first and then I'll go see him.' Ziva said.

Nervously they entered the ICU.
