Ellie's PoV

I was going over some paperwork with Dennis when I saw Mark coming through with a giant sled.

I couldn't help but to smile, "You got Rachel's present!"

Mark smiled and nodded, "Yeah! I got called to do a later shift so Jen decided to keep her for Christmas."

"Oh I'm sorry Mark," I said patting his shoulder.

"Don't worry about it. Can we talk in the break room?"

I nodded before I followed him over to the break room as I closed the door.

"Before Weaver and I go to our meeting, I wanted to give you something," he said pulling out a necklace with the letter E on it.

I gasped holding onto it, "Mark, it's beautiful. You got great taste in jewelry."

Mark smiled taking the necklace before turning me around, "I'm so glad you like it. Here, let me put it on you."

I smiled turning around before he puts the necklace on, "It's so lovely."

"For a lovely girl. Merry Early Christmas."

"Merry Christmas Mark."

I smiled before we look at each other, "Mark. Should we?"

"I don't care."

I smiled before I kissed him softly. He returned the kiss before we got interrupted.

"Mark! Meeting in um-"

We pulled away from each other looking over to see Weaver standing there in shock.

Mark smiled, "I'll be there. Don't worry."

Weaver just nodded before walking out and shutting the door.

I laughed, "We might as well stop. I wouldn't want to be late for your meeting."

Mark blushed as he looked a bit flustered, "Yeah. I'll see you later Ellie," he said before tripping over his feet as he exited the room.

Allison smiled as she looked at me, "Dr. Greene and Ellie sitting in a tree-"

I playfully whack her head, "Haha. Did you get the neck massager I sent to you?"

Allison nods, "Yes. It has done absolute wonders and I thank you for that."

I aww at her, "Anything for one of my closest friends."

She smiles before handing me a pair of earrings, "It's not much, but Merry Christmas."

I smile taking them, "No I love them," I hugged her tightly, "Thank you."

------------

I smiled as I was playing with this dog that came in with a patient before Mark came up, "I don't want to admit anything to Kerry, but I'm scared. I don't want to get sued."
