"I can't believe it! I won!"

"Don't you mean... 'we won'?"

Breathing heavily, Minji stood with a smile on her face. It was not an innocent smile, no. More of a guilty smile, yet so empty of emotion it didn't even feel that way.
"Minji... Answer me. Don't you mean, 'we won'?!" Jackson repeated quietly.

"MINJI?!"

His voice echoed around as Minji continued to stand still in ecstasy. She lowered her gaze and stared at Jackson, no longer smiling.
"No, I mean 'I won'."
Jackson's face dropped. He laughed slightly and asked what she meant, "Minji, what do you mean? We've both won. Melodie was the Murderer."
Without speaking, Minji walked over to Melodie's corpse where she reached into her pockets and grabbed Melodie's journal.

You are the MEDIC, you are part of the GOOD TEAM, you can heal a target each night so if the murderer attacks them, they will survive, however this is ineffective against assassin and clown. Your goal is to eliminate the EVIL TEAM. Write down whatever you discover in this journal.

A medic? Well, I'll try my best to prevent as much death as possible.

I can't believe it. Of all people, why would they go for Kiryomi first?

Oh. She's gone.

"Aww, how sweet."

Jackson stood there in silence, completely shocked, scared, betrayed, and guilty. He finally pieced everything together. He felt as though the weight of everyone's deaths was on his shoulders now.

"So, it was you... I can't believe it! Why am I so stupid? I just- let you get away with that! So that means- you killed me! You killed me! I-I... I HATE YOU! WHY? WHY DID YOU DO THIS?" Jackson was now throwing his arms around aggressively while shaking his head and yelling. His eyes were also swelling with tears, "Before this week, I had no clue who you were- none of us here did! And you just decide to kill us all! It's- It's insane! You're insane! You're fucking crazy, Minji, do you NOT think about that? YOU HAVE KILLED THIRTEEN GODDAMN PEOPLE! WHY ARE YOU SO CALM? FOR FUCK'S SAKE, SPEAK!"
"I knew all of you guys," Minji responded emptily, "You seriously don't remember me? Wow..."

"What are you talking about? I've never met you before!" Jackson protested, tears dribbling out his eyes. He was in a state of rage, fear, sadness; he was a wreck, a catastrophe.
"Ah. You don't even remember me," Minji sighed, smiling, however, Jackson looked both shocked and scared. Minji shrugged and pulled a knife out of her pocket, "WHY THE FUCK DO YOU THINK I KEPT YOU ALIVE THIS LONG, HUH? Well, now, I'm gonna be the last person you ever lay your stupid fucking eyes upon!"
She slashed quickly at the nimble Jackson who dodged every swing. The two got closer together and Minji struck at him again, but he pushed the knife away from him and into Minji's other hand.
"Impressive," she exhaled sharply as she pulled the knife out of her bleeding hand. Her hand limply by her side, Minji stopped attempting to kill Jackson. He was fighting back tears, unsure how to feel. One thing he knew was that he was afraid of the girl in front of him. She was the same age, and much shorter, yet she seemed so terrifying. Knife in her mouth, Minji licked the blood of the blade.
"Before... Before you kill me," he stuttered, "Tell me why you did all this. Let me make some sense of this whole situation before you get rid of me," his words were sincere; he spoke calm as always yet what he said just seemed that little more serious than usual. Minji frowned, she didn't want to say.
"If you do so wish," she muttered, furrowing her eyebrows. Grabbing Jackson's wrist harshly, she would start walking over to Charlotte's corpse, the hanged girl. "But, first, you have to appreciate the effort I went through, right? Look! Charlotte, the rich actress, hanged like a peasant!" Minji giggled and walked away, loosening her grip on Jackson's wrist. He ran after her.
"You're insane! This is absolutely crazy! So, what if some stupid idiots don't remember you, doesn't mean you have to kill them!" Jackson yelled, chasing her until she stopped, frowned, and turned around.
"Don't speak to me like that, you sick bastard."
"You have no right to call me sick! Look at what you've done; you're an awful person!" Jackson raised his voice and stood in front of Minji.

"I'm a good person, Jackson." argued she.
"I guarantee you are the worst person I have ever laid my eyes upon-"
"Shut up."
"-And you just keep getting worse!"
"SHUT UP! YOU DON'T KNOW SHIT, DO YOU? You're just an ignorant boy who thinks he's some saviour of the word. Well, guess what? You aren't! You're a naïve, pathetic fool who trusts everyone who says one nice thing to him!" Minji screamed, pulling the knife out to Jackson's throat, her eyes flashing with pure anger. Jackson took a step back anxiously, believing that Minji would strike at any given moment.
"Minji, what is wrong with you?! Honestly, you're absolutely fucking insane!" Jackson yelled at her. She, somehow, looked even more furious and red with rage.

"What a lovely theory, Jackson, but have you ever considered that is not true and- and you are wrong? I'm not insane," she guiltily rebutted. Jackson laughed to himself at Minji's pathetic excuse for a justification but suddenly stopped himself when he saw the knife right in between his eyes. Minji was about to strike, however Jackson quickly managed to duck and dash away. He would start clawing on the boarded-up door, trying to pull the planks of wood off the wall. Useless. He soon realised this, and ran straight to the voting room, where Tamia had appeared out of nowhere from, days before. He desperately looked around for a single chance of escape. Any small hope that he might get out soon evaporated as he figured out his fate. There was no way of escaping this house. Minji slowly walked towards the bathroom and stopped. She picked up the disembodied hand of Tamia from the floor and strode towards Jackson.
"Aww, need a hand there Jackson?" she asked mockingly. He screamed and pushed her out his way, running off. "Look, it is useless for you try and escape. There is no possible way out of here." Minji told him sternly. He didn't want to abandon all hope, though.

"Minji, you have the knife. Why can't you just kill me already? I don't want to be here anymore. Does it make you happy to see me suffering?" Jackson asked. Minji smiled, knife still in her firm grasp, and nodded. "I hate you. I'm glad I never remembered you, bitch. You're sick and twisted and horrible and insane! You created a game- if you can even call it that- that killed thirteen (and soon, fourteen) people! And for what? What do you gain from this? NOTHING! YOU GAIN ABSOLUTELY NOTHING EXCEPT THE GUILT FROM FOURTEEN MURDERS! You say I'm pathetic but look at you! You have murdered a whole bunch of people! Is that not even the littlest bit crazy? And, to make it worse, you had already killed me! The only reason I'm here is because that dumbass Miguel revived me!"
"I'm so glad he did, y'know? I regretted killing you, I really did. So wonderful what Miguel did for me!"
"What did you do to my body, huh? In your little twisted game, every one of these deaths was gruesome, so what happened to me?" he shouted at her.
"I cut your stomach open and-"

"HOW THE FUCK CAN YOU SAY THAT SO CASUALLY? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?" Jackson yelled. He was starting to get on Minji's temper and so she pulled up the knife again. He raised his eyebrow but soon lowered it. He didn't care anymore. He wanted it all to be over. "Go ahead," said Jackson.

Silent was the house as Minji contemplated what she should do. Jackson had an expression of desperation on his face, but Minji wasn't paying attention. It was like everyone was asleep. As the silence filled the room, Minji focused her gaze upon Jackson. As she lifted the knife high into the air, he winced slightly but she continued. Minji narrowed her eyes.
"Goodbye Jackson."
Minji forcefully shot the knife down, stabbing Jackson in the stomach. She dragged the knife up as he screamed from the excruciating pain. "AAAGH! FUCK..." he yelled. Minji twisted the knife in his guts, forcing him to endure searing agony in his stomach. He fell to his knees and managed to make out a few words.
He let out harsh, deep breaths, and loud, pained groans.

"Goodbye... Minji."

His lifeless corpse fell to the floor and a pool of blood swallowed the floor beneath him. Before his soul disappeared from his face, he strained his face into a small smile before coughing and giving up any final breath left in him.

Minji looked down at the boy. He was dead. Walking away, she turned her head to get one last look at Jackson. She smiled softly, turned back her head, and walked over to the voting closet, past Kai's corpse that was still pinned to the wall. Dusting away at the floor, Minji revealed a trapdoor that had been there the whole time. After opening the hatch, she climbed in, shut the hatch behind her and started walking down a cold, long corridor.

What if I did that all again?

She pondered that thought, finally at peace and all alone, again.
