Business went on as usual for Lee Sooman, CEO of the biggest entertainment agency Korea has ever seen. From his beginnings as a small-time musician to becoming the pioneer of entire Korean Music industry with his revolutionary concept of his trainee system that many sought to emulate. He helped establish the career of many well-known idols. Ever since then he's been leading force expanding into different markets like China and Japan.

The vast number of trainees he has in his arsenal outnumbers anybody else in other companies and many have gifted talents that Sooman himself is lucky to have in his company, for example his young trainee, Moon Taeil who arguably has the best voice out of any trainee. A shame he couldn't join in Exo's lineup, but considering he only joined last year the boy needs more experience, but he hasn't given up on Taeil. Sooner or later, he will show him to the world when the next group debut.

"The first week of March is finally over it seems it's time to unveil EXO to the public" Sooman read the paper getting up from his office towards the trainee room.

The trainee room is a massive room where dozens of trainees are dancing to the rhythm their instructor is teaching them. The number of trainees made it resemble a full-fledged class with mostly boys and some girls were dancing to Sorry Sorry.

Sooman observed the hard work each of them puts, even with the presence of the CEO, they still focused on dancing. Finished the music he clapped his hands at the trainee.

"Fantastic job as always my fellow trainees I'm impressed by the progress you are all putting keep it up and you will become idols in no time, but alas it's time for our graduation ceremony for our twelve boys that will launch their first ever predebut show tomorrow." Sooman announced getting the trainees to applaud to their seniors while the boys bowed thankfully to their mentor.

"May each of you twelve walk towards me when I call you. Kim Junmyeon, Byun Baekhyun, Park Chanyeol, Do Kyungsoo, Kim Jongin, and Oh Sehun you will all represent EXO K for the Korean promotion you will need to come with me" Sooman called out as the six graduating trainees walked forward.

"Good luck" Luhan whispered to Sehun who nodded.

"For the remaining six that will join PD-nim to Shanghai as EXO-M: Kim Jongdae, Kim Minseok, Zhang Yixing, Luhan, Huang Zitao, Eric Chou, and Alex Chou you will represent the Chinese division" The other six stepped forward.

"Alex Chou? I thought he was going to be with us" Doyoung questioned.

"He was but remember that Yifan hyung left two months ago for his own reason and since he's from the United States that's why Sooman-nim chose him to be the English speaker along with his brother. Besides he worked the hardest so naturally he chose him." Taeil explained.

"That's a bummer and I was really enjoying his company..." Johnny sighed.

"It doesn't matter we knew it was going to be inevitable that's why Sehun hyung didn't participate with us not that it changes anything. We still have advantage in numbers no matter how many trainees Exchange Student adds they will still be no match for us" Taeil said with a cocky smirk as the trainees nodded in agreement.

"I am so proud of each and every one of you I have no doubts you will all do well with debut. You will represent the future of the company, all of twelve of you will represent EXO." Sooman finished.

"Gamsahabnida Sooman-nim!" Junmyeon bowed thankfully as the other eleven bowed gratefully.

After School

"Alright girls let's go kick some ass today!!" Nayeon clapped her fist together.

"You're really enthusiastic today unnie?" Sooyoung said with a sweat drop.
