Zayn's Pov:
I'm so proud of how far Niall's come. Everyday he's a step closer to being the person he used to be, The old Niall. He's getting so much stronger physically and emotionally. Obviously he still has the odd day where he feels weak and vulnerable but I'm always there to bring him back up. He's been going to visit his dad alot, He's getting so much better, Niall's still not comfortable with the idea of living with him just yet but when he is ready I'll support him a hundred percent. Today Niall is spending time with Cher, So I decided to meet up with the boys and have a long catch up.
"So how's Niall getting on?" Liam asked as we all sat around the park.
"He's getting stronger" I replied before taking a sip of my coke.
"I don't know how he does it, If it was me I'd never be the same again" Harry exclaimed.
"He's a fighter, He's alot stronger then people give him credit for" Louis added, I nodded my head in agreement.
"Boys I just want to say thanks" I stated, All the lads gave me a funny look.
"What for?" Harry asked.
"Accepting Niall, I know it came as a shock and everything happened pretty fast, But thank you for stopping all the teasing and everything" I replied.
"If he's important to you then he's important to us" Liam said.
"Yeah I mean you know I don't do all the lovey dovey shit, But we can all see how happy Niall makes you and you have the long history together, If your happy then so are we" Harry added.
"Besides it gives me another excuse to argue with anybody who says anything mean to him" Louis finished off with a cheeky grin, I chuckled before shaking my head, Typical Louis. "Anyway lover boy you coming to this party on Friday?" Louis asked.
"What party?" I questioned.
"The party Josh is throwing his parents are out of town" Harry informed me, I shrugged my shoulders.
"I don't know, If Niall's up for it then sure" I replied.
I wasn't to sure about the party, It's not really Niall's thing. These kinds of parties involved drugs, Sex, Alcohol basically just alot of crazy shit and a bad ass hangover the day after. Honestly I'd much rather stay in with Niall, Grab a take away and cuddle on the couch watching whatever film Niall picked. I decided it would be best to ask him when he got home from spending the day with Cher in the mean time I decided to take a shower. I had been in the shower a good fifteen minutes before I heard the frontdoor open, I then heard footsteps coming up the stairs before Niall's voice sounded in my ears.
"Zayn you home?" He called out.
"Yeah I'm just having a shower I'll be out in a minute" I yelled back.
"Alright I'll be in your room" Niall called back, I chuckled before turning off the shower water, I then quickly climbed out and began getting dried, Once I was done I began walking into my bedroom, As I opened the door I heard a guitar playing.
"Your playing again" I whispered as I made my way into my room, Niall looked up and smiled at me.
"Just messing around" He replied, I nodded my head before dropping down on the bed.
"Can we mess around together?" I asked, Niall smirked at me before raising an eyebrow. "Not like that Horan" I added, Niall chuckled before shaking his head.
"I'm not as good as I used to be, Since mum died I haven't really played" Niall said.
"I think we should change that" I replied, Niall nodded his head.
"Play me something" I whispered, Niall sighed before strumming on the guitar strings, I then closed my eyes and laid back as Niall played a random tune. Minutes passed before he stopped playing, Seconds later Niall's body was laid beside mine, I smiled before putting my arm around him.
"You smell nice" He mumbled, I chuckled.
"It's the beauty of soap" I replied, Niall laughed happily before gently digging me in the ribs.
"Cher reckons Harry, Lou and Liam aren't as bad as she thought" Niall informed me.
"Oh really? Maybe now they can be in the same room without killing eachother" I joked, Niall shook his head before chuckling.
"Then we need to test that theory" Niall said.
"How about Friday night? There's a party we can go if you want to?" I suggested, Niall hesitated for a moment. "Don't worry Ni nobody will say anything to you and if they do Louis already said it gives him a good excuse to have a argument" I informed him.
"Typical Louis" Niall commented, I laughed before nodding my head in agreement.
"So what do you think?" I asked.
"Sounds good to me" Niall replied, I smiled.
"If it gets to much just let me know and we can leave" I stated.
"Aww you would do that for me Zayney?" Niall teased, I smirked.
"I'd do anything for you" I whispered, Niall smiled before placing a gentle kiss to my lips, We then spent the rest of the evening in eachothers arms, It's true what people say you appreciate these little moments alot more when your sharing them with somebody you really love.
