My heart pounded while I waited for his answer. We lay there in the dark, silent and staring into each other's eyes. The only thing I could hear was my heart pounding. I was thinking of a way to break the silence but panic kept me from forming words.
Why hasn't he answered? Did I miss interpret his feelings? or maybe I am going too fast and he isn't ready? Dear god, I hope I am not making him uncomfortable. I just want him to say no and put me out of my misery.
My mind whirled with questions as we continued to stare at each other silently. And after what seemed like forever he finally responded.
"Yes hyung, I would love to"
Tears formed in my eyes. I have never been so relieved and happy. I kissed him all over his face, smiling internally as he cutely giggled. I know me and Jimin haven't known each other long but I just can't help it. I am so happy.
I was about to fall asleep with Jimin in my arms before I heard a loud "AWWWW" coming from my bedroom door.
Jungkook and Tae. Fuck. I forgot those two idiots were still here.
I heard Jimin giggling unto my chest. I turned on the light and scowled at the couple.
"What do you guys want?" I grumbled.
"Oh, nothingg" Tae beamed "We were just letting you know that we are leaving, Hobi needs a ride home so we are taking him there."
"Also not to ruin your mood but what happened dude," Jungkook asked interrupting tae, earning him a smack in the back of the head.
"Ow sorry, but don't act like you weren't wondering too, and we already know hobi will give us drips and drabs of the truths so I wanted to hear it from you Hyung" Jungkook looked back at me with the cutest bunny pout face he could muster.
damn this fucking brat. I hate that he knows this will work.
"I'll text the group chat before I go to sleep, now go home," I said rolling my eyes.
"Okay" Jungkook smiled and skipped away
"Night night you two" Tae winked
I threw a pillow at him but he closed the door before he could get hit.
"damn brats" I muttered. Jimin just laughed and snuggled back into me.
