Chapter 10: Striving for the Divine Level (Filler)

The Divine Level. Something that every person strives for however very few reach it. A humans lifespan is far too short. For an average person achieving the divine level is possible however it would require over 200 years. if a person has some talent it may be possible to achieve in about 150 years. Even a genius requires 100 years to achieve it. Only those with the topmost talents are capable of achieving it within their lifetime. However for Samael who spent a good part of his previous life in the battlefield this was a very easy feat. The only difficulty is becoming strong enough to achieve it. In order to achieve the Divine Level one has to reach Peak SSS class. Many people are incapable of achieving even that. Samael had it even worse. In order for a person with a void affinity to gain strength and level up they need to absorb void essence. At this time there were countless Void Beasts roaming the world. He realized that in order to get stronger he would need to go out to hunt them.

Samael went to his parents in order to ask permission for going out to hunt these beasts. upon hearing his request they got shocked, then very worried. however he managed to convince them and left the Imperial residence. However the moment he stepped out of the residence he felt something very wrong. Suddenly, however, he realized this was the same feeling he'd had when the previous attack commenced. however this one was far more prominent and dangerous than the previous one.

The Void Beasts are not of this dimension, which is why they can only enter through spatial rifts. As a result when they enter this dimension they experience a repulsion from the dimension. this repulsion is greater for the stronger beasts than the weaker ones. This repulsion is so powerful that the only organism that can enter this dimension are the Void Beasts. However by sacrificing a group of Void Beasts it is possible to summon a Void Knight. A Void Knight is leagues above a Void Beast. The army of void entities that are currently marching to the capital are in fact Void Knights.
