the party

"so guys, you may hate me but i've kinda planned a party tonight, at the apartment, invited a shit load of people" megan tells us, collapsing next to me on the sofa with a nervous look on her face.

"and we're you planning on asking any of us" cari asks. megan shakes her head no making alex laugh. "it'll probably be fun you know why not" the alex says, getting a groan from her best friend.

"plus i heard your sad, so thought it may cheer you up" megan says to me, i look at her with my eyebrows raised at how she even knows that. "anyway, i have jobs for you all" she says pulling out couple bags, one filled with drinks and other full of decorations.

"i'm no good at decorating" cari says, sitting down on the sofa and putting her feet up, hugging onto her legs. i sigh and stand up grabbing the bag of drinks, getting them out and laying them all straight on the table. the wines on the left, beers in the middle and spirits on the right. we can always put some ice out a little later to keep them cool.

"i've invited some pretty girls by the way which may be interested in a little hook up" megan says leaning over my shoulder to help me out. i look at her and raise my eyebrows, i could do with a little destress right now actually.

"ok what do i need to do" cari asks, appearing at the side of me after debating helping. "you can put the snacks out in bowls" meg says giving her all the stuff she needs. alex hangs up a few decorations and puts a few games such as beer pong around the apartment.

we all help move a couple pieces of furniture around to make more space for everyone.

ok perfect so their coming in like two hours, now you come with me princess" megan says, grabbing my hand and pulling me with her to her bedroom. i look back at the others, confusion all over my face.

we enter her room, "take a seat" she says, pulling out the chair at her vanity while i look around her room. i sit down and she spins the chair around so we're facing her. "what are we doing?" i question.

"little does everyone know, i'm a stylist. so i'm gonna get you ready for this party, try and make you look even more beautiful than you already are" she tells me and i nod with a smile on my face. she starts off by cleaning my face and applying some primer to it. whilst that dries in she grabs her phone and plays a random playlist that she has. "sorry i've been weird the past couple of days, i'm not really a people person. especially with new people" she tells me.

"oh me neither, but i get along with cari and alex really well actually, so i've settled in pretty well" i explain to her as she begins doing my eyebrows first.

cari appears at the door, "need any help?" she asks, watching what we're doing. "yeah actually, you have decent style, em do you give permission for cari to find you an outfit in your closet?" megan asks me and i nod having no problem at all with it.

cari smiles and skips down the hallway towards my room. "she has the biggest crush on you" megan says, letting out a giggle.

"what no she doesn't" i tell her, looking up at her face which has a big smile on it. "she definitely does babe" meg explains.

cari renters the room holding a green blazer outfit that i have from one of my old modelling photoshoots. meg turns around and looks at it, raising an eyebrow. "yes that's cute, thanks" she says, letting cari hang it up on the back of the door.

"cool i'll go get ready" the girl says before disappearing.

"come on let me see" megan says as i change in her bathroom, buttoning up the blazer up as i'm wearing nothing underneath it. i open the bathroom door and stand there, seeing the blonde girl smile at me. "perfect!" she tells me, adjusting the skirt a little.
