I didn't clearly hear what Miss George told me 'cause I've left her already. 'Yong mga unang sinabi lang niya ang talagang naintindihan ko pero hindi ko na lang pinansin lalo na nang puntahan ako kinagabihan ni Yves pagkatapos ng rehearsal.

"Si Miss George.. I don't want you to be close to her. Lagi na lang kayo ang magkasama," I told him while sitting on his lap but not facing him. Katatapos niya pa lang akong suyuin.

He, then held my shoulders as he made me face him more. "Hindi naman pwedeng magkahiwalay kaming magtrabaho. We're just in one department, you know that. At kami pa ang in-assign sa event na ito. But if you're not comfortable with it, I'll try to avoid her.."

I stood up and watch the city lights outside instead. This is always the scenario whenever we get to see each other here inside our units. Palagi na lang akong magtatampo at maiinis sa kaniya dahil sa situation namin. But he always makes a way to make it up to me or he'll show how much he loves me even if I don't ask for it.

"Try? You should do it." I sighed deeply. "Kanina.. she approached me and ask vague things. She even doubted me at alam kong nakakahalata na rin siya sa atin. What should we do? Should I avoid you more? Dapat bang hindi na talaga kita papansinin? Eh halos hindi na nga kita tingnan pero nahahalata niya pa rin."

I'm trying my best to calm down but I suddenly  remembered about what happened between Miss George and I earlier. She even accused me that I'm jealous of her! Well, it's somehow true but I will never admit it in her face!

"I'm sorry. I forgot to tell you last time. Narinig niya kaming nag-uusap ni Psalm tungkol sa 'yo kaya ngayon nagdududa na siya. Pero 'wag kang mag-alala, hindi naman niya sasabihin sa iba---"

Kaagad ko naman siyang nilingon nang kunot ang noo. Katatapos niya pa lang akong suyuin pero naiinis na naman ako! At ano naman kaya ang pinag-usapan nila?!

"Pa'no kung magsabi siya? Yves, you're the one who's forcing our relationship to be secret for the mean time but you're too careless! Narinig ka pa ni Miss George! What will happen if she tells about us to everyone? You'll lose your job! Your license!"

"At ilalayo ka nila sa akin," malungkot na sabi niya at lumapit. "I'm willing to lose my job for you.. even my license. I just can't afford to lose you. Mawala na lahat ng pinaghirapan ko, 'wag lang ikaw."

I stopped for a moment because of that. Napakurap-kurap ako. I know that he loves me, I feel it. I really do. But I didn't know that he really loves me that much to the point that he's all willing to lose everything that he has just to have me.

"Ayos lang sa akin 'yon, Alindra pero 'wag lang muna ngayon. Kailangan ko pang patunayan ang sarili ko sa 'yo at sa mga magulang mo para bagay na tayo. Bagay na ako sa 'yo," he even added. His words seemed to touch my heart because of that. "I want you to help me for this to work out. Alam kong napapagod ka na at ayaw mo sa sitwasyon natin pero may tiwala ako sa 'yo. Hindi ka basta-basta susuko..."
