Ch. 13

Forth opened the file and start reading. It was Beam's bio-data . Forth's face hardened while reading the data.

Beam's bio- data was extremely disturbing. He was a orphan. He was adopted in 3 families. First two families returned him to orphanage. When the third family adopted him, after  some times he ran away from there. Before he ran away from his third family , the real son of the family died due to lack of treatment. His third family was in a huge debate. The father of the family ran away. After his father ran away the loan sharks were after Beam. That's why Beam ran away. They adopted Beam just for the money, which was given by the govt for adopting orphans. But the amount of money was very little.

Forth didn't continue to read further. He slammed the file on the table.

“ What? do you want me to feel pity about his situation? ” Forth angrily asked Pring.

“ How can you be a CEO of many companies but decided to be stupid when it comes to your feelings? ” Pring sharply replied.

“ If he took that big amount of money then why he is living like that? He even collapsed that day due to exhaustion. Don't you see his dark circles?For the God's sake ,he literally wear clothes which have many holes on them. ”Pring shouted at Forth.

“ Maybe he has just finished all those money. Even you fall for his fake innocence. I'm not gonna do the same mistake again . ” Forth said to the angry girl.

Pring knew that there was a huge possibility in Forth's word but she didn't want to accept defeat. She tried to prove Beam's innocence. She didn't even know why she was doing all these things. She was even fighting with Forth for him.

“ And after reading his bio- data anyone can tell that he was desperately in need of money. Don't you know the poor people. They never say no to money. ”When Pring didn't say anything Forth said.

“Just talk to Phana . Maybe he knew something. ” Pring used her last option.

“ Why should I? ” Forth narrowed his eyes at her.

Pring just ignored Forth dialed Phana's number.

" Hello ” Phana greeted from other side of the line.

“ hey Pha can you please come Forth's penthouse right now? ” Pring impatiently asked.

“ Wow.. What happened? ” Phana curiously asked.

“ Just come here fast ” with that Pring cut the call.

“ What are you even trying to prove? ” Forth glared at her.

Pring didn't reply.

“ Hey guys, what's the case? ” Phana arrived at Forth's place.

Forth just sighed.

“ Do you remember the boy, who used to meet Forth at park when he was in your house for vacation? ” Pring directly asked.

“ Don't tell me you called me just to ask me this. ” Phana looked at her weirdly.

“ Just tell me ” She impatiently asked.

“ Geezzz, okay okay, this girl. ” Phana rolled his eyes.

“ Yes, I remember. So, what? ” Phana replied casually.

“ Tell me about him.  Like about his information or something. Anything you knew or noticed about him. ”  Pring
Desperately asked .

“ When I first saw him, I thought he was a beggar. Sometimes I saw him cleaning the park or distributing flyers in the streets near the park. I saw him closely, when one day I noticed he was talking with Forth. He was covered in bruises. His clothes were worn out and torn. He was giving Forth some kind of cheap bread . He was really nervous at that time. He looked at me like I would stop him from giving that cheap bread to Forth. I can bet, if Forth can see that time he would never allow him near him. I didn't say anything that time because I was sure that Forth wouldn't eat that. Oh and one day I saw him with Kit. Later I came to know about that his family was abusive.” Phana ended his explanation.

“ Who is Kit? ” pring inquired.

“ You know Ming ? His boyfriend. Kit used be our neighbor at that time. Later his family also moved here. ” Phana replied.

Forth was silent all these time.

He didn't understand why Pring was asking these questions to Pha.

“ I want to meet Kit. ” Pring decided.

“ Can you stop this craziness now? ” Forth Irritatedly asked.

“ Pha call Ming. Right now. ” Pring ordered pha.

Seeing Pring's craziness Pha called Ming.

“ Hello Ming ” .

".............. "

"What? Is he safe now? "

"................ "

" Did you catch them? "

"....... "

" Okay take care of him. Call me if you need me. "

" No..nothing serious. "

" Bye. Good night bro. "

Phana ended the call.

" You can't meet him now . Because Kit was attacked by some thugs for some unknown reason. " Phana informed pring.

" What.. Is he safe now? " Forth asked with  concerned.

" Yeah. But he got some bruises " Phana informed.

" But Pring why are you asking me about that boy? " Phana inquired further.

" That boy worked at Forth's company " Pring replied defeatedly   .

" What? " Phana was shocked to hear this.
" Can you two please go away? I want to rest. I have an important meeting tomorrow. " With that Forth left the two on there and went to his bedroom.

" Care to elaborate. " Phana asked Pring.
Then Pring started to explain everything to Phana.
